What you've mentioned is one example, but if you start digging deeper into similar issues in your own country, you might find many more strange solicitations with similar expectations because the inviter is already very confident in the memecoin they're buying and holding. In the crypto world it's different than the real world. In the crypto world there will be a lot of founders who will create shitcoins knowing that they created a shitcoin and all they will do is to try to make sure they are getting funding which they will pocket it themselves.
