Heh, thats good marketing indeed. Hope can force people to do a lot of things they never dreamed of. By using that hope a lot of bad actors get their jobs done as well, leaving that hopeful person in a dump. However bitcoin is not like that and it will always be going upwards and hence being hopeful about it is not wrong. A poor can actually have more doubts than the rich due to their limited wealth and given they have a limited wealth, they can actually seek more help not only from their network but even from the people that they did not know.

It can be true that many poor loves easy money but a poor is also used to hard work, so they can actually listen if we speak hard stuff on them. It is just that there is only something that can limit them like having a big capital in order for them to get started on something, given that they are only poor. I say this because, $68k ain’t no cheap money, certainly not. I know for a fact that, no one needs to buy Bitcoin with $68k when you haven’t got the means or the money but subconsciously, that’s the first thing that does come to the mind of these kind of persons. They tend to see the amount and are wowed by it.

Is it really hope, or is it just greed? Most victims of scams fall for the scams, because they are promised a huge monetary profit. "Paltry sum coins, stocks or shares" are being bought and sold, because there's the expectation that they will cost way more tomorrow than their current value. You said it well. Hope alone can push someone to take actions blindly. Thats why scammers find it easy to steal people's money by selling them big dreams. And these people are struggling, so they will surely buy to those fake promises (e.g Ponzi schemes) because they are desperate to earn money. I agree that hope without effort and knowledge is dangerous. But when you have hope and you combine it with hard work and clear thinking, it can really help you to grow.
