First of all - no offense - but it does not sound like you know what you are doing...
Exchanging money is a sensitive topic. If it fails and the money is gone, users will be angry. Rightfully so.
So getting it right is important. Having no skin in the game, is not trust-inspiring.
That being said, what you are looking for are market makers or liquidity providers. So if you can convince some that your platform is sound, they might give it a shot.
But then again it is a chicken and egg problem. Usually network effects are self-perpetuating. Why would someone put their capital on your platform instead of on UniSwap?
And the whole exchange idea: what is the point of some "simple exchange" website if it gets routed through a CEX like Binance anyway? Just go there directly, and have more trust and customer support in the first place.
I agree
I want to make a simple exchange/swap website like simpleswap where people can exchange crypto without any id or so.
Problem is that i dont have like 10k usd so if someon wants to exchange 10k usd in bitcoin for 10k usd in solana, it wont work.
A guy on fiverr said we could use some API and connect my website to some API on binance or something, and then the users on my website will exchange with the money on binance thru the API.
Is this possible?
Angry users will be the least of your problems. If something goes wrong, you will have to deal with lawyers, judges, courts, police and so on... And only after all that if you escape with minimal prison time, you will face the angry users.
Personally, I would stay away.
These kinds of projects are for experienced large teams with more than enough money to fund the idea and hedge the risks (should something go wrong).
