They give VIP bonus to majority of their players which means there’s no way they do this to you alone just to avoid paying bonus.

The screenshot show an explanation that some of your activities doesn’t align with their ToS. It’s not necessary you break their rules rather they don’t like how you gamble in the casino hence you will not be able to withdraw your balance if you violated their ToS.

Since their decision is final and they have right to do that action, there’s nothing can be done here than play in different casino.

The already mentioned from the screenshots you uploaded that you are no longer to have to their service due to your inconsistency which does not support their terms and conditions, which I think suggest that you are violated their rules and I don't think there is much for you to drag about this than to state any reason you have or rather communicate them on their announcement thread if their representative could assist in any way, but it is obvious with what you have shared here that you violated their rules.

If we look into the previous post or scam accusation created by OP, then it is pretty much clear that he has multiple accounts at Shuffle: 'Shuffle accuse me for create multiple account'. And he said this by creating another scam accusation against Shuffle after a few months:

So, it is completely clear why OP's account has been set on withdrawal only mode by the Shuffle team. It is good that Shuffle team is allowing OP to withdraw his current account balance before closing the account.

If they say so that the decision is final, that's final OP. It can't be reverted even if you ask them to provide KYC at multiple levels. There's a reason behind that and you'll never know but you can take a guess and see for yourself at which fault you've probably done against them.

I had to unignore to even read what was going on here. No need for anyone to try n help him. Obvious abuser and no matter what we say it goes in 1 ear and out the other. @OP before you create yet another topic for any other casino read their Terms of Service. If they say 1 account per household, that means 1 period. Not 1 for you, 1 for a room mate, 1 for a gf, or 1 for your uncle. 1 account for the whole address. If others make an account and you all do kyc, when the address matches you're fucked.
