I have a friend around my residential environment that we normally gist on most evenings when I take a stroll to stretch my legs and feed my eyes.
He was telling me his birthday is forthcoming and that means I should be ready to give him a gift or buy drinks for him on his special day.
He has been an enthusiast of Bitcoin and crypto currencies, but I mostly listen to him speak while I play dumb to gauge his intelligence and understanding quotient on the subject.
Something struck me though while he was talking about the way Bitcoin was dipping and how he would have loved to buy now before his birthday, so he can try out his trading strategy that he has been learning for a while now, with hopes that his birthday would bring him luck.
I got to ask him if he knows anything about astrology and he said yes, that he is a Taurus and would like to follow this astrology sign as a roadmap to trade, while combining it with his strategy, and that he would get rich sooner than I thought.
Well, I was fascinated and had to do some digging for myself to check how the comparison of astrology and trading correlates.
From my findings though, as a Taurus, stability from holding is a gift, while profit might still be an illusion, because Saturn is currently in your 11th house, of which is that, hard lessons are sitting in your house of gains and it's testing your patience, while the universe is forcing you to build endurance.
For the period between February 12 - February 29, the energy you expect is luck and windfalls and the strategies to be used, should be to take profits on shorts, look for money that's stuck.
For the periods between March to May, the energy that stands is consolidation and the strategy's best, is to avoid revenge trading while also focusing more on long term security.
Between the periods of June to October, the energy is the reversal and the best strategy is to observe the golden window of which trends become clearer.
Lastly, for the periods between November to December, the energy shows peak stability and the strategy is more of a portfolio rebalancing/diversification and purchases of major asset.
I am yet to show him these findings though, but am sure he would be stunned and exhilarated, when I bring it up during our next evening gist session.
What do you think, is there a known correlation between astrology and trading or Bitcoin investment? Or is this just BS in all?
