its safe?wh money any problem?
I would think twice before playing at any playw3.com related sites since some of them are extremely shady and all of them share a common license. Check this link.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5595909.0

If you checked that link out, you would have understood my advice clearly. Try betting brokers like Betinasia, Sportmarket etc which provide action for almost any sport out there and are far more reputed in comparison.

New solutions are often misunderstood, which can make them seem suspicious, and I completely understand that.
The post where I explained the details about the platform you are referring to was removed, probably because it was off-topic for that specific thread.
I shouldn't really comment in the thread you linked to, as it would be unethical towards the owner of that thread, given that we are competitors.
If you let me know where I can answer your questions and clear up any doubts (without breaking the forum rules), I will be more than happy to do so.

I don’t recommend sportsbet anymore since they don’t have forum presence anymore which means there will no more special help from representative in case there’s something wrong. This is the reason why I quit playing too on Sportsbet sister company even though I like playing them in the past.

There’s a lot of trusted brand already that still have forum presence as an option.
Sportsbet has returned to Bitcointalk and they are back in crypto gambling. They are even running an active signature campaign at the moment, managed by the Cro2 team with Trofo and cryptofrka. I am sure that if you or anyone else ran into some problems and you couldn't handle it the standard way, they would help in getting you sorted out. Then there is the always reliable holydarkness who has many contacts and handles scam accusations.

I agree on this and I already retracted my previous that I made when Sportsbet.io is still on transition since that time they already have no communication and their sister company is on the verge of closing specifically livecasino.io.

I still doesn’t try to play again on sportsbet.io to give a full vouch but trust Trofo to be a professional campaign manager to handle this brand promotion.

It depends on your taste when it comes to gambling, since we have various reputable Bitcoin gambling platforms on this forum, but if you're the privacy type, you can look into platforms like 2UP.io and AceBet.com, which are both no KYC brands.
I don't know about AceBet.com, but I think 2UP.io is only no-KYC by default. Their privacy policy mentions their obligation relating to identity verification and the usual "anti-money laundering" and "financing of terrorism." They can only do that if they have a detailed file on the potential law breakers.
They are both no KYC gambling platforms based on my experience, while Jack.com doesn't prioritize KYC but only requests KYC when there's something suspicious about the users (this has nothing to do with the gambler winning; even if the gambler wins $20, the KYC  will still be requested), just to prevent the situation where the platform will have an issue with the law.

Your experience is subjective. It's valid, but still subjective to you. Someone else could experience the exact opposite. But if the casino becomes suspicious of a player or receives a request from regulators or government agencies to help them identify player X for breaking the law (the usual money laundering for example), they can't just give the third party the username and email address of the suspicious player. They will try to get their full details or risk getting into difficulties with those same agencies.

Yes, it is subjective and that's why I said based on my experience in the first place but I don't know the gambling platform will decision will be about the government side since it's not every government that have the power to request for such information.
For the regulator aspect, I don't know how it will either but every thing related to KYC and what you stated is already added to their TOS.

If it is actually a casino where authorities can enforce the law, the casino has probably already broken the law if they allowed a player to deposit and withdraw larger amounts of money. In most jurisdictions, if not all actually, casinos must collect KYC data. I don't think there are any officially established thresholds where casinos can themselves decide whether to collect any ID related data or not.

The bigger problem is that many offshore casinos make it extremely hard for authorities to enforce the law at all. This would most likely only make sense for them if they have very serious cases at hand. Otherwise their cost and effort would outweigh any benefits they could reap from prosecution.
