Today they have implemented a new “Wallet” system. Where you have to “convert” mbtc to usd before wagering.
My withdrawal still sits in Pending for seems to be an eternity.

“ Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
Your withdrawal request for 39.75 mBTC is still pending and currently under review by the Processing Team. At this time, the request has not yet been completed.
Regarding your balance showing as 0, please note that our platform uses a Multiwallet system. Your funds may still be held within your crypto wallets (Vault Balance) if they have not been exchanged into your Play Balance (USDT).
You may click the arrow next to your Play Balance at the top right of your screen to expand the Multiwallet view and check your available balances.
If there are any updates regarding your withdrawal request, they will be reflected in the Payout section of your account.
Best regards,
Joseph A.
CS Team”

I was just advised to request a smaller amount. So I did. I requested $680

“ I have seem amounts below 10 mBTC( approx 700 USDT) be processed much quicker than amounts over that, but again this is just based on experience, our payment team is who determines when a review is completed and a withdrawal can be approved.

Best regards,
Andrew H.”

Lol, at this point I really think they are out of funds to pay gamblers that tries to withdraw fund out of their casino and they are now just relying to people losing in their casino to be able to pay the gambler withdrawing money out of their casino, because there is no way a normal casino would have a number of cases where gamblers wait months before they get their funds approved for withdrawal.

Even after lowering my withdrawal request from 39.75 mbtc to less than 10 mbtc ($680), still getting the run around:

“ Hello Doug,

Thank you for your message.

Withdrawal requests are not processed based on a specific amount, and there is no guaranteed threshold that would result in faster processing. All requests must go through the same review procedures before completion, regardless of the value.

The request remains active in the system and is pending with the team in charge. Once the review is finalized, the withdrawal will be processed accordingly and reflected in your account.

Your patience while this process continues is appreciated.

Best regards,
Lucy C.”

Wow, that's a bullshit excuse from them, they basically want gamblers who are waiting for their long withdrawal process to continue gambling. They are probably hoping that the gamblers lose their funds to gambling while waiting. Also, inactiveness being the reason to decline withdrawals is just plain scamming. Right now, I don't know if they still have license, but if they have, they should be stripped off of it and they should also be reported to gambling regulators in their country.
