Guys- scam busting physical btc bullshit is what I do. By far the most active in the space ever . (Not a brag , I just can’t sleep at night knowing people are going to / have been hurt. I’ve been an investment advisor over a decades now and am trained to spot threads. It’s easy for me but fuck is it A LOT of work , a lot. Also, I’m not in sales , and never will be. I don’t want to have incentives to push products. I go well above what I’m supposed to do in my current role but I can’t not help someone in need (had a really fd up day at work, this sweet lady was hearing me out (ranting). Then she says “I’ve adopted 8 children, go over seas to help people in poor nations as a social worker, it’s what I do and can be helpful with. She has been in a fixed account (think money market since the Great Recession of 08…I had to tell her she’d have a balance of around 300 something K versus I think hers was at 40k. She has an abusive x and has had to hire two lawyers, one for restraining order another for whatever it was. So you know what I’m not supposed to, but I gave her my personal number and said she has a financial advisor for life. She will never pay a penny, and I will help her get much more on track much more prepared for retirement and the only way I could do that is by ethically breaking my companies rules. I don’t have a problem breaking laws or rules that are unjust imo, so honestly, if I got fired over it, I don’t even care.. helping people and animals is my passion in life. So whether I tagged Casaus eight years ago or a year ago, really doesn’t matter not one fucking bit and honestly there’s other people that I need to expose however, that people that were screwed over. Do not want me to. I hate it with a red burning passion, but they told me in confidence. I promised them. I’m a man of my word what I’m saying is Mike deserves every single fucking bit of that negative trust and yeah I should’ve left it a long time ago, but I was a newbie at the time I was intimidated to do so and I just didn’t. I let it go just saying whatever I try to brush it off, but you know what it doesn’t matter if it was 100 years ago maybe by law and statue of limitation, but there is no statues of limitation here and I want people to know what kind of man he really is. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3257048 ). he has refused to respond about a blog he wrote years back finding a fake 25 bitcoin Casaus coin on eBay. I need that information to post to that thread to help others from being scammed. Mike has been active this whole time. How do I know because I check in on it all the time Instagram, his website, etc. he’s a cryptographer. He created the concept of bip38, so no he didn’t just forget about it. I did hit him up on multiple accounts. I got no responses and you know what that shows exactly what kind of man he is. I could go deeper and dig harder, but it’s personal and honestly, I’m not gonna go there.
What Do I get for the countless weeks of scam busting ( actually months if you add up all the hours I’ve spent doing this over the years) I’ve busted. I had zero skin of the game in almost all of them. I do it because that is what I am passionate about.. helping others so anyone who thinks this negative trust wasn’t deserved needs to reevaluate some things in their head and ask themselves if a guy is active updating his website removing Uber bills refusing to add beware of cas coins scam, knowing for a fucking fact that he seen my messages (at least some of them) and as I mentioned, what did Satoshi say..hang onto your wallets, never destroy any of them ever. Do you think that he maybe has his wallet linked to whatever programs that alert you when transactions occur. The website is how you placed orders , you don’t think he has those payments /orders sent to an email(s) to
Alert him ? of fucking course he does.
He deserves every bit of it , just like every other maker who fucked people in one way or anther.
I think some of you are seeing some
legend (Gavin conceptualized the idea of paper wallets , (BiitBills was first to do it- this can be found in my historical physical bitcoin history thread I’ll post that later tomorrow), he was active in that first physical representation “trinket” ever made thread where Gavin conceptualized paper wallets (what a Cas coin is, just in a fancy metal form) etc.
There’s nearly 2.4B left in Cas coins and as they creator he’s refused to do some very minor things to help A LOT. What a legend right.
If you still think it’s undeserving you need to reevaluate what kind of human being you are, knowing all this now.
I do well for myself. I never expected to hear back from him as I haven’t and I guarantee never will. Yeah it’d be nice to have that .39 back but knew when I posted that I never will get it back, but it was important for me that people knew that he wasn’t this God some of you think he is.

Could it just be as simple as him not knowing he received the 0.39 BTC from ChiBitCTy and will return it if he is made aware of it?
There could be other possibilities about this situation but it is all hypothetical because unless the casascius account posts here it will be just be speculation. If he does not reply he will eventually ruin the legacy of something he created.
I read the post stating Caldwell was sent messages via his social media but he never replied. His social media account was updated 5 days ago therefore it might be prudent to try contacting him there again. Also, he has an active LinkedIn account.
I sent BTC, he received btc , simple as that (never liked the 1 corn = 1 corn saying either)

I dont need to say this to many members here as I know them well and have for years and those I speak of know who they are and I feel the same with them
