Xyes holding onto my withdrawal (as of now)

I created an account on Xyes, deposited $10, and claimed their $5 deposit bonus, which came with an 8x turnover requirement. Fortunately, luck was on my side — I won a fair amount and continued playing. I eventually stopped when my balance reached $388 and decided to withdraw. At that point, my total valid wagered amount was $2,200, which is well above the required 8x turnover.

However, my withdrawal was left stuck on “pending” for a long time. When I contacted support, they told me that “unusual activity” had been detected on my account and that my withdrawal was placed under risk control review. Before they could proceed, I was required to complete Level 4 KYC verification. I had no choice but to comply, and I spent the next five days completing and successfully passing all four levels of KYC.

Naturally, I thought that after fully complying with their requirements, I would finally receive my money. Instead, when I contacted support again to inform them that my Level 4 KYC had been approved, their response was simply: “Our risk department will contact you as soon as possible, please be patient.”

I have already been more than patient throughout this entire process. Despite fulfilling the wagering requirements and completing the highest level of verification they demanded, I am still being stalled with vague responses. At this point, it honestly feels like they are deliberately delaying my withdrawal. I can’t help but think that because I managed to turn a $10 deposit and a $5 bonus into $388, they are unwilling to pay out. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

You can try sending a message to XYes Official. This is their rep here on the forum. The casino its self has been accused of operating without a license claiming they have 1 and have at least 1 other open scam accusation. Hopefully their rep can help you out and give you some answers here. Not sure if holydarkness can help out either but I have tagged him and he usually responds.

Like I said on the other thread, I am rather surprised that Xyes actually never leave the forum, as they said they will cease from the forum. But uhh, I just skim through their posting history and realized they've been active for quite some time.

I did try to contact one of the staff on TG, but I gotten the same old response “wait for them to contact you or your withdrawal is under review” btw the withdrawal request was made on 9 Feb exactly one week ago and it’s still  “under review” at the same time I even got 4 levels of KYC completed

I might be wrong, but from the brush I had with my contact, XYes is China based [regardless of their license] casino. They're quite known to take Lunar New Year holiday seriously, seconded only by Japan, if I am not mistaken.
