There are only two ways I bet on sports betting. The first one is obviously based on my own analysis and strategy.
Only I am sure that the team I am betting on does have an edge against the opponent despite having higher odds then I bet on it.
The second way is to randomly bet on matches but specifically bet on the lower odds side so that we win eventually.

Maybe the fact that you lost your first bet was actually for the best. If you had won, you might have decided that you were a brilliant tipster and kept betting maybe even increasing your bet.
