Anyone who bets for the first time definitely has the hope of winning that bet, no matter how small or big their hopes are, like me, I was skeptical about winning and losing from the first time I bet because I only guessed based on my instincts and I thought "I might be lucky", indirectly there will be a feeling of hope for that bet.

So many gamblers that could remember his/her experience in the very first day they stake sports betting or any other gambling that they might started with, I'm very sure that almost every gamblers has the instinct of winning huge money or little amount of money from the day one of their gambling skills, because on the process of learning on how to predict rightly, i meant someone that has been into the sport betting and he told me that has not gotten any wining since he started gambling and do you know the funnyist things he did just to make sure he record a win yet he couldn't win that very day, because he thought it is to pick a lesser odds, so he took just two teams to win and those two teams Manchester United to win and Chelsea to win his  opponent but the both ended draws, i so much believe that gambling is a game of luck and skills too, no sure odds and expert when it comes to gambling.

It's the motivation from my peers that got me interested in gambling, precisely sportsbetting in the first place. I don't think I won for a long time after starting this gambling journey, but even though I did quit for sometime, I still found the courage and motivation to keep up on my own when I have enough funds to spare.

I don't remember exactly, but I think my first bets were tied to my favorite team, not to calculations or the desire to make a lot of money. Yes, all of that came later, too, but those first bets were simply a way to share in the success of my favorite team. The OP's naivety is certainly surprising, but on the other hand, a lesson learned the hard way is the most memorable. I hope after his failure, he figured out how it all works and realized that he shouldn’t look for easy money here.

Everyone expects to win but know that winning only comes unannounced but In this case, I think OP is more specific in how your first bet went, the first time you started gambling, did you experience that first timer's luck or you lost but took motivation from that lose that you are going to continue gambling until you win? I guess not many gamblers were very lucky to win their first bet.

I forget the exact time, but it was definitely a long time ago, maybe about three years ago, and now I rarely bet on sports. I prefer playing casino games with quick results. One reason is that I can feel the chemistry of the game, and the second is that I don't really like the world of sports.
However, I once predicted one EPL match with low odds, and my prediction was spot on, which allowed me to secure a big win. When it comes to hopes, of course, all gamblers have the hope of winning.
