Some people get their wealth by pure luck like inheritence or winning a huge amount in gambling, however they still need wisdom and enough maturity to keep a safe wealth. I can't agree more with you, we must work hard and should not turn down any opportunity we get because when we don't work, and make excuses and stay in our comfort zone, we become lazy and our motivation dies. We don't even realize what we have been becoming, besides getting money, we start to lose mental and physical health. It becomes a major problem.

It is different for every person, like for males, females, rich, poor, married, single etc. I can't mention how for every single person but those who falls into these categories they can relate to what I am saying.

Proper planning sometimes can take years, but the new generation is doing it very fast which is also forcing others to think what is going wrong.

I do agree with you because luck can make someone have money or wealthy but it's wisdom that will determine if the money will last for long. People have got some sudden money and loss it because they lack discipline and not mature enough to manage it while for others they do build theirs through skills and also patience, which can make you know the worth of the money and you will be very careful because you know what you went through before getting to that point. So at the end, luck might be your start point but with wisdom added you will make a better result.

Patience is a part of wealth management whether in business or in saving. This is what we call it "skills" because money management is a skill itself and even a business management branch to study.

If you were lucky once or twice or more, this doesn't mean you can always rely on it like you are the one with permanent luck. This is an arrogant vision that lead to bankrupcy or at least continious debts.

It's definitely about what you are doing to get it. It's not going to go into your lap if you didn't do anything about it. It's something you shouldn't miss out on, knowing you can do it if you work hard enough.

The easiest way, IMO, is upskilling. Adding value to yourself by increasing your expertise, through training and certification, could help you earn more. It's definitely something that could be useful in the long run, and skills would always be with you. This would be about long-term investing for yourself.

Why are you chasing wealth at all if you are under the brainwashing of the bible? You should be scrubbing the feet of the poor and giving away all your hard work to the needy. This is an economics forum, not a religious board, so limit trying to meld the two because one is founded on science rather than just blind faith. While I agree that clever work rather than expecting luck to help you is the key to success, that is based on rational choices that we all make throughout our lives, or not as the case may be. The type of education that you decide to follow, the jobs that you chase, the relationships you form, your ability to spend money wisely and many more key decisions are much better managed by logic rather than any so-called divine intervention.

Mm I agree with you to a large extent. Wealth is rarely a product of pure luck and most times it is the result of strategy, discipline, and consistent effort over time. You can declare riches all you want but without skills, planning, and deliberate action those words wont translate into results that then transcends into wealth. I also think luck can play a role sometimes but it usually favors people who are already prepared and positioned to take advantage of opportunities. People don't become wealthy overnight, it takes bolder steps and the right decisions to achieve that, if you want to create or make wealth you therefore need to work towards that. Moreso the saying goes wisdom is profitable to direct and that statement means you don't just sit and fold your hands just to get riches in your hands, you work towards it and that's where wisdom is applicable cause you can't achieve that through luck.
