⚠️ WARNING: Issues with
Code:
https://app.ln.exchange/#/spot/btc-usdt
Code:
https://mainnet.lnfi.network/
Withdrawals! ⚠️
I’ve been trying to withdraw a small amount (approx. $8) for days. Despite providing a valid Wallet of Satoshi (WoS) invoice as requested, the transaction is being blocked.

Red Flags identified:
1️⃣ Platform claims to "only support WoS/OKX" – a clear artificial restriction.
2️⃣ Valid BOLT11 invoices (lnbc...) are falsely flagged as "expired" or "invalid" by their system.
3️⃣ Support is stalling, responding only in Chinese, and restricting Telegram permissions.
The "direct channel" excuse for a $8 Lightning payment is technically absurd.
Don't deposit your #Sats here if you want to see them again.

Please edit the links and make them unclickable. By posting those links, you are (unintentionally) helping the scammers with free backlinks.
One way to make the links unclickable is to put them in code tags.

I have never used this exchange so I have no idea what my experience with this exchange is. But because of your thread, many crypto users will be warned against using this exchange if they don't want to lose their money. You didn't include any information about how long you've been using this exchange. You didn't say whether this was your first withdrawal or not. Because this will make it easier to understand what their purpose is.

Hi, thanks for following up.

Here are the details regarding my experience:
I made a test deposit on Feb, 2026, which was my first time using this exchange. My initial plan was to deposit just $1-2 to test the Lightning DEX, but since the minimum was $10, I deposited 11,000 sats.

I played around a bit, bought some USDT, and opened short and long positions. When I tried to withdraw USDT, I realized that USDT withdrawals were suspended. Consequently, I swapped back to sats. Strangely, my balance remained at exactly 11,000 sats, even though it should have decreased due to fees and my unsuccessful trades. Due to market changes, those 11,000 sats are now worth about $8.

As mentioned in my previous post, I am unable to withdraw the sats.

I joined their Telegram group to seek support but didn't have permission to post. I found a Google Form link in the group description and used it to report my issue. Afterwards, a user contacted me via DM (marked as "Volunteer" in the screenshot). He asked for a Lightning invoice. I have sent it to him three times now, but no refund has been issued. He usually responds shortly before the invoice expires, claiming he is forwarding it to the developer. Furthermore, the dev insists on an invoice issued specifically by "Wallet of Satoshi." Since these invoices are only valid for 24 hours, the process keeps failing.

My humble question is;

For starters, how did you come across this service(s)?
Honestly, getting them by just using the search engine is not easy or direct.

When I look at your case, it seems to me like the support staff is either negligent or they are just playing a stalling tactic like you said. Just how long have you been trying to be in touch with the support staff?

I am not sure how you ended up with that exchange because it's not even appearing with any SEO link as per searching for its service. I guess that you've got it somewhere maybe in the telegram channels that someone messaged you directly. And because of your curiosity, you obeyed to their call to test and run the site. Or they've told you that they've got some huge amount of money in there that they need some help which resulted you tried to check it out. No matter how many times you'll contact the support, they'll not help you because that's their intention to take any amount of deposit whether they're small or big amounts.

Just wanted to clear up how I found the exchange: I originally came across it through
Code:
https://dappradar.com/dapp/ln-exchange
or
Code:
https://www.alchemy.com/dapps/lnexchange
Telegram only came into play later when I tried to reach out to their support. I’ve been in touch with them since Feb 9th, 2026.
Also, seems like I totally missed a major red flag: the exchange is actually marked as inactive on DappRadar. My bad for overlooking that! 🤦‍♂️

I searched online but couldn't find enough information about the app.ln.exchange platform. Is it active or inactive? Is it licensed or a scam? How many users does it have, what's its liquidity, and so on?

But I'm wondering if there's a minimum withdrawal amount? I mean, since you only tried to withdraw $8, the minimum might be $10 or more. I don't know; I tried searching but couldn't find anything.
Your main mistake was using an unknown platform.

Thanks, I guess that to be listed on those websites they'll have to pay for the listing fee. But if it's free, that's a free advertisement to them and these websites need to filter which platforms they list.

Telegram only came into play later when I tried to reach out to their support. I’ve been in touch with them since Feb 9th, 2026.

That's good to know that dappradar is giving that label for websites like that, you've overlooked into it and you admit your mistake. And even if they have an active support into telegram, that's not going to be enough when they're sketchy and they'll continue to reason out that you're unable to withdraw if you don't do 'xx' this thing, etc.
