Updated the server, new certbot version requires a restart.  It should only take a few minutes, but mostly just I wanted to save the current stats for historic reference.

I just had to do another reboot due to another certbot update.  The server has been running for a few months now, but it seems to have become slightly more reliable in the last couple of weeks.  I'm not sure if the hosting service has made any upgrades, but I seem to not have the connection issues I've had in the past.

On my own Fulcrum server, I've only had connection issues when my server load was high and CPU steal increased. At those moments, it just doesn't have the power to serve requests fast enough. Other than that, I haven't had any issues. Makes me wonder what caused your issues.
