Hey fellas, we're approaching our 1st milestone - which is March 15th. End of Sunday GMT will be our cutoff for submissions.
Just wanted to repeat some of the more important rules for this period of the competition:

Competition rules

To keep the competition fair, transparent and focused on real trading activity, the following rules apply to all participants:

• For competition fairness, a maximum of 5 swaps may be completed on the final day of each monthly period.
  Each of those swaps must be separated by at least 1 hour.
• For the Master of Markets category, the total trading volume on the final day of the competition may not exceed 1× the total volume already completed during that month.
  Example - if you swapped a total of 1000$ before the last day, you can swap a bigger amount but a maximum of 1k$ will be accepted in order to keep the competition fair.
• In the event of a tie in the Versatility King category, the average volume of all highest swaps per category will be used as the deciding factor.
  To put it in perspective - you have 10 BTC-ETH swaps and biggest one is 200$, 4 XMR-BTC swaps (biggest one is 300$) and 5 ETH-XMR swaps (biggest one is 1000$). Your average will be 500$ (1500$/3).
  ...

Ranking and leaderboard

• A maximum of 8 players will be placed on a monthly leaderboard in every individual event and in the overall rankings.
  Points awarded will be 10 for 1st place, followed by 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point.
• Every event will have a monthly reset, those points will be added to the overall leaderboards and a new monthly event with the same rules will start.
• 3 such events will be held (each lasting a month) and after 3 months, players ranked highest on the overall and individual events will be declared winners.
• In case of a tie, the reward will be split (meaning if first 2 players are tied and the rewards are 1000 and 700$, each prize will be 850$.

As you can see, even if you miss out for the prize this time it's not the same if you finish 5th or 11th - because top 8 players per category receive points that might be important in the overall standings once the competition is over.
