Based on my experience, the main reason why I lose money, whether in sports betting or other games, is simple... I don’t really have a clear plan before I start gambling.

It seems that you do have a plan(putting limits to your daily gains and losses), but you lack the mental stability to follow this plan without any temptations like greed or fears like the fear of losing money and trying to recover them. Most gamblers are like you. They can't follow a simple system, that would limit their loses and prevent them from making big mistakes. We also have to realize that experience doesn't mean anything in gambling. Having years of experience won't improve your luck. Luck is random and it cannot be influenced by experience. Having a plan and not sticking to that plan is basically the same as having no plan at all. There's no guarantee that sticking to plan until the end would ever make you any sustainable profit. At the end of the day, the best move is to gamble moderately and to never take gambling too seriously.

No... because I play luck-based games as well, so having any plans or expectations would be foolish. When we decide to play slots, table games, or in-house games, it's all about luck... So it's hard to stick to any plans.

I guess many of us have been in a similar situation. We make a profit, then lose everything... many times we didn't even see any profit. Eh, that's what I repeat all the time... Don't deposit if you can't afford to lose it, because once we make a deposit, anything can happen.

I have always enjoyed sports betting, though I don't place a bet as frequently as before, but these lists don't really matter to me at this point in my sports betting habit. As long as I like the match up and the odds, I won't hesitate to place a bet on it, especially for the teams that i really like. The amount of stake will depend on how much is available on my account, and no, I definitely don't have any specific target profit, my goal is only win, and I'm happy with it, lol. And oh, no minimum or maximum losses before stopping as well, as long as there's a game for the day (mostly during weekends), which I find interesting, I'll bet on it.

Lol, you will be surprised that even after you start following this plan or strategy you listed our effectively, you will still only win when luck is on your side and still lose most of the time because this is how gambling is naturally designed, to make you lose more than you will ever win, it takes being extremely lucky to win and remain in profit as a gambler, a gambler who wins a huge sum of money and is in profit will likely still run into loses overtime if he continues to gamble and fail to wisely invest that money he or she won initially.

There is no way that leads to a consistent winnings in gambling, this is why it's better and more beneficial to treat gambling as a fun activity rather than an avenue to win and make money, you may end up very disappointed at the end of the day if luck isn't on your side.

When I do bet in sports betting is I do always consider the matchup if there's a potential to win the game or not which well before its just a two outcome, winner and losser, but upon exploring with other sports such as the EPL is there's an extra option which is a draw now the percentage of the wins you've got lessen into 33.33% if you made a bet so you need to consider the match too such as the player will play on the field if their star players are good to play or not so by this you can check if the other team has an advantage than star team.

You got it right mate, truly there's no method or strategy that will make one stay winning in gambling, because it wasn't designed for constant winning. Even if you have 50years experience you are still a newbie when it comes to gambling. It wasn't designed for expert it's a game of chance and luck, and it's very hard to be lucky everyday and if you play gambling everyday you will lose more no matter your experience in gambling, it doesn't count at tall.

Honestly, I often fail to implement some of the plans you mentioned, especially when my bankroll falls below the minimum cashout/withdrawal requirement, it is hard not to go all-in for the last time in a gambling session, when in a situation like that.

For me,  I have learned that the issue is even deeper than just having a plan. Having a plan is good,  but the real concern is the psychological aspect. We all know that gambling is designed to mess with our emotions, gambling will give you enough rewards just to keep you hooked to the game,  and it will still punish you just enough to make you believe that your winning period is due. After acquiring years of experience, I have learned that experience alone will not equal self restraint.

I have observed that when i gamble out of being bored, when I am stressed or even frustrated,  I will definitely lose more than I win. Trust me it's not because I lack understanding of the game but because I am not making rational decisions. Instead of me betting with value or probability,  I started making bets with emotions. That is the point when rules regarding the my bankroll, or my overall gambling budget,  no longer matters.

The one thing people often overlook is that the casino will always win you back at the end of the day,  because the odds will always favor them.  If you like follow every rule perfectly, the casino will still wins in the long run because the odds are in their favor, for this reason, I had to tell myself something different: gambling is not a way to make money,  it is just an entertainment that will make you lose money.
