Maybe he blocked newbie accounts from sending him PMs, which is not necessary because all sorts/ranks of accounts may have complaints they want addressed. I have helped you and sent him a personal message regarding your case. Hopefully he will visit this thread and get you sorted.

This shows how much they care really about solving disputes and protect their reputation which mostly damaged by the their ridiculous fiat payment system. If that admin doesn't participate in discussions in this board, and doesn't allow pms from newbies, and a limit set of 60 days to handle a compliant before it becomes to old (happened recently), I doubt you will get a refund sooner. Recently I adviced others not to use fiat payments with bc game, now I advice them stop using bc game and leave it forever.

Their account has a default message settings which newbie can’t send message. He was already mentioned here so I believe he will check this thread.

I will message him to check out this thread. His last login was February 16 which means there might be a further delay on response. They should just stick the cooperation with holydarkness since he is super active in the forum.

I am seeing you have raised concern previously regarding fiat issues that were solved finally, and I am curious to know why you have suffered again. Shouldn't you take lessons from the past mistakes? Aren't you familiar with cryptocurrency and don't even know how to accumulate cryptocurrency? But you come with another allegation on the forum regarding your fiat issues. We hope your problem will be solved but don't know how long it will take.

I have sent a PM to bctokenbot; I hope he will respond to this thread and solve it. Also requested him to allow PMs from newbies since most of the accusations have been created by new accounts. Unless he allows it, newbies can't send a PM; it's important for them to focus on solving such issues on the scam accusation board.
