Okay I've had this issue ever since the new version 1.6 came out.  It is connecting with at least 8 connections to the network, so I do have my wireless switch on.    Undecided

The error I'm getting is : "Warning : Displayed transactions may not be correct!  You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."  So I'm pretty sure my nodes aren't up to date.  I manually added the dogecoin.conf file to the same folder as the wallet.dat file, but I wasn't sure what to put in there.  I found all kinds of answers.  I am on OSX 10.9.2 but I don't think that has anything to do with it, other than (maybe) where the .conf file is supposed to be.

Anybody wanna give this a shot?  I have some Doge I'll need to sell at x100 the price when Talladega is on.  Cheesy

Redownloading the blockchain is likely to fix it from what I've found.

Firstly backup your wallet.dat file

Secondly do another backup of your wallet.dat file elsewhere

OK....now in your .dogecoin folder delete everything except your wallet.dat file and dogecoin.conf

Then let the blocks download until it syncs.

Is it okay if the .conf file is empty?

Put an rpcuser and a long secure rpcpassword there for safety, apart from that, Dogecoin seems to do fine without anything else....although a few addnodes wouldnt go amiss.

On my pool I've got the following addnodes:
addnode=95.85.29.144
addnode=162.243.113.110
addnode=146.185.181.114
addnode=188.165.19.28
addnode=166.78.155.36
