Sorry but I want to ask you about your method to report those bots. Did you report them to telegram company as it's the host or there are other parts working on those scams. Recently i came accross a bot called notoscam which i tried to use it but i still don't know if it's telegram related or legal authorities. Afaik, telegram allows scam plans as part of freedom of speech.
