Well, I admit I don't normally read all those things listed in the OP. I normally just read reviews from users on how a specific online casino treats its customers. Especially the licensing part, I normally don't read those, lol.
The most important thing to me is how fast their customer service responds to the tickets and how well they deliver a satisfactory outcome or resolution of the issues. Another thing is, how fast is the deposit to reflect to the account and of course, how fast is the withdrawal process.

Spreading the information about big wins is an advertising strategy and I won't blame the casino for doing it because it is business for them and the users need to be aware of the risks associated with gambling.

And yeah, winning also can becomes an issue when the person triggered by that win and thought gambling is their future and decides to keep pursuing the greed and ended up losing that big money again and also losing their life completely.

Those are likely paid reviews and they're doing that even if they look like a ghost casino, they might have attracted some gamblers who are looking for a casino to gamble with. I don't buy usually with those reviews that are from unknown reviews website because it can be bought. Even on the review websites that have no option to delete the reviews, the owners or marketers of it will ask other people to leave a positive review about them even if there's no legitimate proof that they're gamblers of those casinos they're leaving a review.
