I listed Xyes Casino on my website under a 50% revenue share (RS) agreement. At the beginning of this year, I was informed that payments for January–February would be made on the 15th of each month. Yesterday, they told me the payment was in the approval stage and would be sent once approved.

However, today they claimed that we had an agreement to list them at the #1 position indefinitely. I never made such an agreement. Listing a brand at #1 indefinitely would prevent me from working with other brands — it would essentially mean handing over the entire website.

Using this excuse, they redirected me to an offline team member and shifted the responsibility to him. Frankly, if a player had lost $50k, I doubt they would have actually paid the 50% share. In this case, I consider myself lucky — it seems they tried to avoid paying even a small amount, and I decided to end the cooperation.
As a result, I have removed Xyes from my listings. Whether you choose to promote them or not is your own risk, but based on my experience, their approach was not professional.
I’ve seen that there are many complaints about this casino here as well. It’s a company that makes all kinds of excuses to avoid paying even affiliate sites. They show no consideration towards their users either, so be careful.

You haven't followed the structure of the scam accusation. Please follow the correct scam accusation format from the pin post, so we can understand the real situation.

I listed Xyes Casino on my website under a 50% revenue share (RS) agreement. At the beginning of this year, I was informed that payments for January–February would be made on the 15th of each month. Yesterday, they told me the payment was in the approval stage and would be sent once approved.
Do you have any valid written and signed documents regarding the contract between you and XYes? If you have it, then you may take the legal action. We don't know how much has been scammed since you haven't mentioned the exact amount. That's why it's important to follow the correct format of the scam accusation.

However, today they claimed that we had an agreement to list them at the #1 position indefinitely. I never made such an agreement. Listing a brand at #1 indefinitely would prevent me from working with other brands — it would essentially mean handing over the entire website.
So what's the agreement? Without a written contract, without any valid documents, we can't say anything. You must have something to back your claim. You are just saying it verbally, which doesn't prove anything. At least provide what the agreement was.

Using excuse, they redirected me to an offline team member and shifted the responsibility to him. Frankly, if a player had lost $50k, I doubt they would have actually paid the 50% share. In this case, I consider myself lucky — it seems they tried to avoid paying even a small amount, and I decided to end the cooperation.

You noticed many other complaints here, but still you had added them to your website just for money if I am not wrong. What happens if your followers are scammed by them by following you? Do you really care about your followers, or do you just need affiliate commission from the casino?

To clarify further — the scam threads only started appearing in recent days. At the time I first listed the casino, there were absolutely no complaints or scam reports about them anywhere.

When I contacted them regarding affiliate payments, I personally began to notice a lack of professionalism in their communication. That raised serious concerns for me.

After seeing the new scam topics and experiencing this unprofessional behavior directly, I decided to act early and remove them from my platform. I prefer to take precautionary action rather than wait for bigger problems to arise. In my opinion, we may see more scam reports about this casino in the near future.

At the moment, many large brands and platforms are still promoting them. However, widespread promotion does not automatically mean a brand is trustworthy — sometimes issues surface later.

My priority is protecting my audience. If I see red flags, I take action accordingly.
