Welcome to Bitcointalk Forum!

I would like to claim the $5 bonus from your casino. Here is my username: ImmortalSpadeBank.

I noticed that when creating an account, a random username is automatically assigned. Is there an option to change or edit it?

We just added the ability to update and change your username on the profile page https://luckyanon.com/en/profile/

Welcome to the forum,

I tried registering on the website and clicked on a few games and everything went smooth. I read the terms and the FAQ, but I couldn’t find any statement about instant withdrawals. Maybe your FAQ page could add more information about deposits and withdrawals for example, how long it takes for a deposit to be credited to our account and other related common question.

Welcome to the forum.
I like the newly launched casino, which is neatly organized. The preparation is thorough, and I see a serious commitment to promoting it on the forum. Registration doesn't require a password; just an email OTP is required. Why not add a password to make logging in easier?

Yeah, there’s no option to add password and the profile section looks very simple. I think they should be able to add more security features, like 2FA. The registration process is very simple and fast, but personally I prefer having stronger security for my account such as both a password and 2FA.

To answer your questions
Deposits : we use optimistic deposits so they credit within a few seconds (1 minute max) depending on the network so you can play prior to full confirmations.
Withdrawals : deposits must confirm prior to withdrawing, there is a 1x play-through on all deposits, and withdrawals process typically within 2 minutes or less.
*we just fixed a bug with gas pricing on ETH that was slowing down receiving withdrawals so that is resolved.

Regarding account security, we offload it to email where you should have 2FA enabled. We were focusing on a streamlined registration and sign-in process with just OTP code. If there is enough requests for further security directly on the account we can implement it.

Decent ANN presentation and great site design overall op. The whole green theme looks great and I like how organized everything is on the site. The name of the site is alright too and it's good to know that y'all possess an Anjouan license.

I don't buy the zero KYC and instant withdrawal claims as usual and the bonuses probably have really high wagering requirements. Y'all should add a sportsbook to attract more gamblers. Decent first impressions.

We're adding sportsbook and originals in the near future. We're well aware that nearly every casino claims Zero KYC and instant withdrawals and then plays some games which is a huge reason why we built our own, but it is something we just need to build trust and players to experience firsthand with us over time.

Welcome to the community, if others are going to ask about VPN, they are against it:

Quote
7.4.
Any attempt to conceal your true location through the use of a VPN, proxy, or similar service or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence or location will constitute a breach of these Terms of Service.

For KYC:

Quote
8.5.
We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when processing deposits into your LuckyAnon Account.

https://luckyanon.com/en/terms/

This does not match at all with what the OP said earlier and how he is trying to promote his casino.

VPNs are allowed, we're VPN-friendly and will stay completely no KYC with no hidden games.

I'm waiting to see how you explain this, because as things stand, you're risking some of us tagging your profile, at the very least to point out the inconsistency.

His statement made earlier is really contradicting towards what has been written on their TOS, many people might get confuse or worst get an issue especially if their casino is really VPN friendly or not.

If there's change when they launch their casino they better update it, so everything will be clear and no confusions will happen.

Also let's find out what's their explanation towards those matters, since many gamblers here use VPN for personal reasons.

8.5 is a clause required for our Anjouan license which purely relates to incoming deposits and explicitly mentions just deposits, that are from any blacklisted/sanctioned crypto addresses. It has nothing to do with withdrawals or any hidden terms to KYC on withdraw as many other casinos do.

7.4 related to VPN usage, we've removed from ToS

any other concerns please let us know so we can address and resolve!

Welcome to the forum, your casino is very nice, I see that it's only a casino and doesn't have sports betting, I see that your casino has a Costa Rican license. This alone is reason enough for the word "anonymous" to be excluded, and this is very clear on your website: https://luckyanon.com/en/aml/
It's clear that they will track everything possible about the person who creates an account on your site, in case of suspicious activity, they will be forced to perform KYC

It's Anjouan License, Costa Rica Company. Every business needs some form of AML policy for compliance, If you look at section 5 we focus on pseudo-anonymity which is the same ethos as Bitcoin. We use automated systems such as Chainanalysis for blacklisted and FATF sanctioned addresses and can conduct this to be compliant without sacrificing users personal identifying information.

Section 5. Automated Monitoring and Technical Solutions
LuckyAnon employs a range of automated monitoring systems and technical solutions to detect and prevent money laundering while respecting user privacy. Our approach prioritizes technological solutions over intrusive documentation requirements where possible.

A good approach is to prioritize privacy from the jump even without selling it as a feature of the website. As more players come in, play and withdraw with no issues you build trust. Almost all casinos add zero KYC to their announcement that it doesn't mean much now to the audience, they are more interested in the actual practice when using your service.

The responsiveness of the support rep here is really impressive, support is one of the biggest feature of a casino

We just shipped a release for mobile gameplay making slots games display better across different browsers and devices. Reported issue was on iOS - Safari. And we added the bottom navbar to always display to easily switch between games, challenges, bonus view, and wallet for topping up balance and withdrawing without leaving the active game.

Welcome mate. Good to see you here. Seems registration on your casino platform does not require a password, because while registering, there was no option for a password, and I do not see that to be convenient and safe at the same time because it seems our account would not be safe or are you trying to make us use google to sign in whenever we want to play games on your platform? I do not buy such an idea. Maybe you could tell your team to look into it and make a password option available so that we are sure our accounts are safe. Otherwise, I would not make any deposit till I confirm the password option on my account login.

OTP is much more secure from a cybersecurity perspective than simple email/password. Use protonmail with 2FA to authenticate or simply connect with metamask/walletconnect with no email required.

I believe it is kind of misleading from them to openly claim this is a privacy-friendly service while at the same time there are explicit mentions of VPN and KYC compliances on their terms of service.

I get it: this is a service which wants to market themselves as a very safe for cryptopunks. But in the end of the day when comes to the battle between regulators and users, regulators are going to win and eventually this casino will inevitably ask for their users to comply with KYC.

It is kind of wishful thinking to assume there will be casinos out there that would escape the influence of regulators and law enforcement.

Anyways... I'll just wait and see.

With that they often comply with the regulatory body's as they can independently say they are no kyc casino, and even it's written over here, they must at least follow the sequential protocol that governed their license.
Maybe casinos that are preaching of being a no kyc casinos aren't really a no kyc because at the end when there is an outrageous winning they could suspect of knowing your source of income which could trigger of them request for additional documentation to prove a source of income.

Hey! We will never ask for KYC, for some partners compliance we added a brief mention in ToS but we will never ask for it.
I appreciate your team effort to listen to community opinion, questions and also take action by removing any terms related to VPN usage in your ToS, that's very good but this information is quite concerning with me.

Your casino have partnerships with some other companies, like game providers, and they have their own ToS as well as policies on VPN usage. How about any chance of your partners will ask for KYC if any users at Luckyanon.com use VPN?

Could you share more information on such cases, and how about your compliance deal with your partners?

Welcome to Bitcointalk.

It is nice to see another new casino here. With an easy registration, only need email, we can entering our account.

Don't forget checking your email to get the code for enter to your account. It is my first time knowing this type of registration and login so we only needs remembering our email account.

May I asks you, what makes you ask members for KYC? Because I see that in Terms of Service page.

Hey! We will never ask for KYC, for some partners compliance we added a brief mention in ToS but we will never ask for it.
Thank you for clear information. It is nice to see no KYC in your site.

It is good to added the ability to update and change username on the profile page. That was nice too because we can change our username and not just use random username.

You update everything in short time so I am sure you can get better in the future and can compete with others.

Thanks for the $5 credit on my account.

Great questions! Our game providers have no policies against VPN usage, we have restricted countries based on IP location which we adhere to and present a message on the game image that it is not available in your region/location. We have AML and compliance that we must follow but we are able to abide by that by using non-privacy intrusive tools such as chainanalysis and address tracking against sanctioned/blacklisted addresses/funds. The majority of casinos can also implement these tools which would enable them to remain compliant without sacrificing the privacy of their users, but they often go the traditional KYC and documentation approach because it is simpler and also facilitates them using it to their advantage as a tool to block player withdrawals and payouts.

You haven't quoted me after the objections I raised, but after my initial skepticism and seeing these steps you have taken, I see that you do indeed seem to be committed to privacy, and for that reason I have given you your first merit in the forum. It is understandable that with even more lax regulations such as those in tax havens, there is a certain level of anti-AML that you have to include in the ToS.

Welcome to the forum Luckyanon.

I honestly thought this would be a full web3-based casino that needs no registration or sign-up, well, at least some of those features are available.
BTW, Found out that your license is registered to another unknown casino too, probably one that isn't online yet, Frogbet? I'm guessing it'll be a sister company that you guys will be launching soon, too?
