Hey, you're always going to need some form of sign-up/connection even if a dapp still needs a wallet connection which we offer. We are exploring going more web3 like luck.io but actually done properly, on-chain RNG is no easy feat though but it is in future plans. We just released some fixes
-ETH and ERC20 deposits and withdrawals should be ~5 seconds or less now
-Game loading should be faster and much less lag on turbo spins or live games

What parts specifically of the terms are you concerned about? We've addressed many parts of them earlier in this thread but if something is still concerning please let us know the exact clauses so we can look into it and provide a clear answer.
