The more important matter here is that your account was restricted because you created multiple accounts from the same device to claim multiple bonuses which is a violation of terms at any reputable casino. Our evidence includes sensitive information so we would prefer not to share it here publicly as to preserve your privacy. If you would like to open a claim on casino.guru or askgamblers we will happily supply it so them because it is undeniable of the multi account bonus abuse.
Hope that clarifies the matter to the community.
First of all, that's not how bonuses work. On ANY site when you have a deposit or whatever bonus the (let's say) 10x wager is for the bonus amount + plus a 1x wager for the deposit. You are making up numbers here that are NOT industry standard. Second, if the player actually had multiple accounts, why was he hold several new (different) stories to keep playing but only when you had no new story left you came up with the final blow? Could have told him from the beginning didn't you? Anyway, whatever your support staff did there looks shady as fk. You were basically playing on time, hoping he would lose, but when he still didn't you finally player the joker card. And all that for some small $ amount. Whoever is right, I obviously don't know, but the way this was handled looks very unprofessional.

Indeed, it's basically his word against theirs. He can say whatever he wants and they can do the same. I mean what they showed us is unverifiable, that's a fact. Just 2 random emails and words. The fact they toyed around with him though with making up new wager requirements over and over again is verifiable by screenshots though. He showed more than they did. Why not bringing the multi account accusation right from the get go instead of making up those new requirements (obviously hoping he would lose the funds and case closed). I wonder why they don't reply to that since I have asked that before. Pushing him to go to askgamblers or whatever also will bring nothing since he used a sports bonus. They will just say they don't do sports related stuff.

Does it mean that what is shown in the image shared by the players where the wager to reach $990 is something wrong or just part of the $1380? Sorry for asking but I cant understand it well while it is clearly shown in the progress bar that wager to reach is $990 but you say that it should be $1380. Is there something wrong with the information as what is shown in the progress bar?

they were definitely hoping he will just lose and their problem would have fixed itself. you know sites don't care about multi accounting as long as you are losing, once you win then it's a problem. Pushing him to go to askgamblers or whatever also will bring nothing since he used a sports bonus. They will just say they don't do sports related stuff.

if you are waiting for things to be resolved here on the forum, your chances are VERY low, so stop wasting your time and go submit a complaint already. not defending luckyanon here, but it's a little sus that you don't want to do that. usually when going to an ADR is suggested, people do that ASAP instead of delaying it. just saying.

Casinos only look into such things when a user requests for the first withdrawal after taking bonuses. Looks like the fraud detection system of a casino only works when the users make a withdrawal. I have rarely seen any cases where accounts were blocked before the user made a withdrawal request. Anyway, everything will be clear if OP submits a complaint to a mediator where the LuckyAnon team will share the full evidence. But it is clear that the bonus and rollover requirement system is broken at LuckyAnon as they do these manually.

Why not bringing the multi account accusation right from the get go instead of making up those new requirements (obviously hoping he would lose the funds and case closed). Casinos only look into such things when a user requests for the first withdrawal after taking bonuses. Looks like the fraud detection system of a casino only works when the users make a withdrawal. I have rarely seen any cases where accounts were blocked before the user made a withdrawal request. Anyway, everything will be clear if OP submits a complaint to a mediator where the LuckyAnon team will share the full evidence. But it is clear that the bonus and rollover requirement system is broken at LuckyAnon as they do these manually. To clarify our bonus system is automated for casino deposit bonuses. I mean you guys clearly were taking to him, changed the narrative several times before arriving at a multi account accusation out of the blue? Why hadn’t this been brought up at the beginning but after you made him wager over and over again. That’s the part of the story which I makes it look very sketchy. Bonus was credited incorrectly by a support agent, they reached out and informed him of this and that they updated it to reflect the correct wr. After that time he logged in from the same device as his other account, it appears he created the account with a clean device potentially or the anti-detect evaded our system, but on one of the re log-ins it was flagged for same device.
