You made a very nice point here, yes a beginner is advised to learn from this forum before consulting other source because this forum is the only place I know newbies/ or beginners will learn without being scammed or mislead, I also believe that those of us who have acquired enough knowledge about Bitcoin here in the forum can as well teach those who are interested to learn, after that you can bring them in the forum to explore. I’ve been pondering about this question for a while now, how can a newbie  that wants to go into Bitcoin accumulation really avoid Ponzi schemes.

Learning about Bitcoin should not the something hard when we can find most of these information online especially on YouTube. There are good videos on YouTube you can read that will help you to understand Bitcoin and how to invest effectively without becoming a victim easily.

You can go through several articles online for you to see through the various ponzi schemes that have happened in the past.
There are posts that contain several past scam schemes that have made several people to lost money due to ignorance and greed and we can avoid that once we understand the patterns these cammers often use to steal from their victims.

So far, this are the few ideas that have kept me going and I would also like those that are more advance than me here to drop their opinion on this thread so we newbies can all benefit

This forum is a reliable source where we can learn about bitcoin and interact with real people and not AI. Many people have come to this forum to learn about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and they got the knowledge and explanation they wanted and not just that alone but in this forum too we can stand a chance to learn and still benefits from this forum.

You are correctly diagnosing the psychological trap. Whenever money is lost through ponzi or a rug the brain switches from protect capital to recover capital at any cost. Then even bigger scams appear and the cycle keeps repeating. For this reason we should accept the loss learn from it and never try to recover it again. I think first of all, it is very important for a person to gain specific knowledge to get rid of fraud, wise people say that knowledge helps people to save themselves from big dangers, another thing is that greed blinds people, due to which people do not understand what is wrong.
