Please be careful when you this on your Facebook as obviously they are fake and scam sites. And they are taking advantage of the Chinese Lunar New Year with this kind of ads:

I attached the website here so that others can report this to Meta and hopefully they will take it down right away. Here are the steps to follow:

The scammers have not given up; just last month, on the same date, the 17th of January, this type of scam was detected and reported here on the forum by BitMaxz Beware Phishing sites on Facebook related to free BNB and Solana!!! and acroman08 Rant Scam ads on Facebook.

It's like it's beginning to turn into a monthly attempt for them with new headlines but the same pattern to attract people who are easily moved by such offers, and yet Meta still seems not to have figured out a way to get them filtered out, or they just don't care as long as they get paid for such ads to come to be promoted.

Last year in 2024 I was hit by a phishing website and lost 3000 dollars in ETH coins and now I want to learn again and be careful so as not to make the same mistake, sometimes fraudsters take advantage of events to find their victims, I was hit by a phishing website when I saw an airdrop event and was tempted when I saw the prize rewards were very large, so always be alert when someone shares an airdrop event with the lure of big prizes on social media

People should have already gotten used to seeing something this similar online, not just on Facebook only but also on X too, they are fake ads with fake links, I have gotten to used to seeing it on x and never reacting to it. Some will even send something similar as DM or tag me along with it.

It's old and inactive, not confusing enough unless the targeted audience are those who are having their first days on the internet for the first time.

Most crypto ads on Facebook are scams. I strongly advise against using the same device for Facebook and crypto-related activities. If you can't, deny cookie permissions or use incognito mode.

Even educated people fall for these tricks. Idk why people always attract towards free money. Even though everyone knows the harsh reality that in this world there's nothing comes by free still majority fall for these tricks. It reminded me for every major event , new year  a group of people always share similar kinds of offer to my messanger .

In begining I tried to warn as much people as I can. But I now stopped doing this, cause even though warning , even though they do not received any kind of rewards previous years still they share these bullshit.

Idk how to educate these people so I stop doing so

Sorry for your loss but I thought China had already banned cryptocurrency existence and I am curious to know why people will have to fall for this cheap scam that is all over the Internet. The Internet is full of good and bad people that are money mongers looking for how they can make fast money from taking advantage of other people's weakness. I have seen similar phishing websites like these ones claiming to be giving new users free bonus with huge rewards. People that knows how hard it will can be possible for a new website to be sharing money will never fall for that.

Please be careful when you this on your Facebook as obviously they are fake and scam sites. And they are taking advantage of the Chinese Lunar New Year with this kind of ads:

Thanks for sharing. A look at almost all of them has rewards for doing almost nothing. When some platforms offer some benefits just like this, one has to be careful because some of them were designed to attract people. Don't also believe information from social media platforms like Facebook because they are filled with scammers. Always confirm the authenticity of an offer from the official website of the company.

The scammers have not given up; just last month, on the same date, the 17th of January, this type of scam was detected and reported here on the forum by BitMaxz Beware Phishing sites on Facebook related to free BNB and Solana!!! and acroman08 Rant Scam ads on Facebook.

They would not stop; they will keep devising new ways to scam people. Free money could lead to unexpected losses.

This is not new, scammers often take advantage of special events like this to defraud people. During Christmas, new year, Ramadan etc celebrations, we usually see lots of giveaways. Big brands giving out freebies just by doing nothing.

If you are a lover of free things, always verify from the official website to be sure that such promo or giveaways truly exist. Now, none of these links being advertised here are official domains of Binance and TradingView. They are all scams.

Thank you for sharing this disturbing scam schemes launched using the Chinese New Year as a bait. I know that some people will become victim to this, especially those who are not in the forum or who have not had enough experience of how these things work. Besides, people love giveaways so much that they can throw caution to the wind for offers such as we have seen in those adds. People should be careful of Free things because nothing is actually free on the internet

Most ads on social media are fake, and most influencers especially the top influencers, are sponsoring and promoting scams indirectly, and people have not really noticed the bad aspects of social media promotions.

Is not that hard to detect these scammers regardless of whether they are phishing scammers or investment scammers, whenever there is a promise that sounds too good to be true it's definitely going to be fake.

From the images shared, I don't need a magician to tell me that this is a potential scam, who is sharing free money on New Year's.

I guess in every platform, there are these ads as in they're everywhere. For as long as they're paying these ads, they'll appear to every platform where they have a targeted audience. We can only avoid them but those newbies that have no idea of how it goes might fall for these fake giveaways. And to note, these are only happening during the chinese new year. Almost everyday, they could appear as these scammers are not choosing any season anymore. They there appearing all of the time to different platforms where their potential targets are there.

Please be careful when you this on your Facebook as obviously they are fake and scam sites. And they are taking advantage of the Chinese Lunar New Year with this kind of ads:
These advertisements from scammers are supported by Facebook. As a big tech company, Facebook can easily build up tools to detect phishing sites of famous websites but they did not want to do that for protecting Facebook users.

It's more surprising if you report the scam advertisements, ask Facebook to take it down, they will refuse to do that, and they will tell you something like they see no harms from such advertisements. You don't have to trust me, just try it with your own reports and some days later you will receive their answers exactly like I shared.

Facebook can not say they don't know of big websites like Tradingview, Binance for example, any saying like this is lie.

Not surprise seeing that adds in Facebook. Scammers will not stops finding the target and tricks them. Many new people who wants to know about crypto, they can easily getting into the traps and lose their money.

The only thing they should do is research more information. They will know if that is real or fake so they will avoid if that is fake.

Scammers will use the special events to trick people so don't forget to always verify.

Some of these offers are too good to be true. I wonder whether people actually falls to these kind of scam techniques. And it seems like these scammers are specifically targetting desktop users, as it would be easy for them to make people install fake application, since no play store or app store is involved here. I really don't like what Facebook has turned into. There are absolutely no control over anything. These days I just keep seeing ads related to fake gambling sites, with unrealistic offers. I would just ignore them, but they'll keep coming back.

I remember reading that 10% Facebook's ad revenue comes from scam ads back in 2024[1]. Sounds really bad if they haven't improved any filter at all, or maybe they don't have enough incentive to do that if they can earn that much from these scammers. So far, it looks like they rely on reports instead of actively preventing such ads from appearing, and surprisingly, people still use this website. Users can only rely on themselves if that's true.
Last year was 2025. If you want to learn again it means you learnt before but forgot? Anyways, if your story is true, I'm sorry for your loss. Something you should know about these scammers is that their offers are always too good to be true, often promising rewards that are too wrapped in fake promises that if you are not observant, you won't catch.
Most scammers usually paint their offers as genuine but when you sound too smart for them, they become frustrated and their true colors come out because they were hoping to catch a gullible, naive person.
It's not every thing you see on social media that is true so the best thing to do is don't give in to all these phishing websites or links, no matter how tempting they seem.

Again.  They do not care.  If they did, these would be immediately gone.  After all, the only thing they need to do is to manually approve Advertisements that have key words Scam Advertisements usually do.  For example.  Manually approve Cryptocurrency or Cryptocurrency Service Advertisements.  These would be immediately denied and would never appear on any of our screens.

You see this has been happening for years on all large platforms.  They do not care at all.  The more people who fall victims to these Scams, the better for them as Bitcoin and competing Cryptocurrency based social platforms are considered Scams by the general population.

These scammers always have time to do this because there are still people fall and becomes a victim with their fake platform so one of the tip i do recommend for people who arent aware yet of course is once you see a “Sponsored” tag on the pages of the account and even its name came from the platform itself is these are just a running advertisement which is paid to the social media and automatically promoted for those users who are into the algorithm of the crypto so once youve seen it ignore or avoid getting involved we avoid links with these scamming platforms.

It's good that OP is trying to help others by posting about such phishing ads. I never trust any ads on any website especially social media sites.
If I see any ad that seems attracting to me then I go to their official site myself and cross verify whether any such promotion is going on or not.
In some cases, the ads are genuine and I see them on their official sites as well but in most cases those ads are fake and I never find them on their official sites.
People should follow the same approach to verify the genuinity of such ads and never fall for greed because greed takes away our hard earned money.
