We all have our go-to sportsbook or casino that we entertain ourselves with. They are packed with features, some that stands above the rest but, sometimes we miss a feature or two from sportsbooks that could take them to the next level!

What feature would you suggest a sportsbook or casino to have that improves them? Do also mention your favorite feature in the sportsbook or casino you currently play at. It will helps other forum members to notice them and understand what they have been missing out on. I'll curate the list of best features as well as improvements us bitcointalk members want from sportsbook/casino to make. It may help an up and coming sportsbook/casino on what features to focus on, who knows?
I'll start, I'm into sports betting, I'll keep my suggestions limited to it but feel free to expand your suggestions towards casinos or even poker rooms!

My current favorite sportsbook is Stake.
Things I love about Stake: - Clean UI
- I love live betting and the fact that I can watch NBA and Tennis games streamed live(official streams) on their platform.
- Poker.
- Stake original games
Feature I'd add to improve: - No commission cash outs for games that haven't started yet. Especially Parlays. I make parlays and then I forget to add a game or two, none of the games have started yet but the cashout amount have reduced already. Would love it if I could cashout to make another parlay without losing part of the bet amount.
- If not, add the ability to edit parlays/single bets to add another game or few.
- Better support. Support used to be very good and responsive now, its just FAQ bot.
- Mobile app.

I have been also playing on BC.Game recently and will note a few things below.
What I love about BC.Game: - Their own token and ways to earn over the platform.
- Crypto futures betting
 
Feature I'd add to improve: - clear distinction between real sports and virtual/e-sports. Sometimes both occur at the same time and potentially someone might bet on one or another by mistake.
- Better support implementation. It's AI for most parts and no way to contact them via email either. Frustrating.

I cannot pick anything lacking on my favorite sportsbook but the features I enjoyed the most will be the ease of moving between different leagues when making picks to add to my bet slip, being able to easily add and remove games from a combo, quickly updated live betting odds without having to close the bets for a long period of time.

Having a wide selection of sports to choose from and clear descriptions of the different sports so it is easy to pick between them. Any sportsbook that has these along with other basic features you will expect to find will be decent enough to be played on.

The sportsbook I use for my sports bets have every feature I expect a modern sports betting site to have. Competitive odds size, fast loading of the site, a ton of market options, and not like the sportsbooks I was using some time back where some market options that looks viable to play are been locked from among open markets for customers.

Every casino should improve on their withdraw time, customers are never happy waiting on delayed withdrawal that can take hours to arrive. This message is for those casinos and sportsbooks that are known for delaying withdrawals.

A real game-changer would be a straightforward loss limit. One click to set it, and the site actually sticks to it. Imagine a hard stop that just says, "Done for the day.
You've hit your fifty bucks." No workarounds, no maybe-next-time. Just a wall.

They could go further, too.

Most people aren't whales dumping thousands.
A clean mode that strips out all the VIP noise would change the feel entirely. No banners, no pop-ups for high-roller clubs. Just the game.

The first csshout I know was on a local fiat and one foreign gambling sites. Two of them will allow you to cashout immediately if the match has or has not started but you cannot be able to cashout more than the amount that you used to bet and also the amount will slightly reduce if the match has not started.

So when I saw csshout on Stake, it was not new to me at all and the amount that you will have to cashout will slightly reduce in amount compared to the amount you used for the betting. Is this not how it is on other gambling sites?

I have experienced this on three gambling sites according to this post.

Cashback without wagering requirements for single bets or parlays is what takes a site to the next level for me. Some sites like Megapari, Instant casino etc do provide this even to newbies weekly which itself is quite helpful when you are losing money often.

Also, cashouts are meant to serve the house which is why they almost always take their cut op. You rarely see any sportsbook providing cashouts without taking their cut/commission.

What I mean is, cash out before any events in the slip even starts or odds change. I'll give you an example. Someone made a parlay, they forgot to add a game or two that they discovered just after making the parlay or if they changed their mind, thinking the parlay was a mistake. If the games haven't started or odds have changed, they should be allowed to cash out the parlay without losing anything. I agree their cut coming into play once the events are live or if the odds have changed.

That would definitely take them to the next level. Great idea imo. but that'd be anti greed for them also, lesser time spent on the website means higher bounce rate which in turn means they won't show up high in google results?  Maybe sportsbooks can add tokens with which one can gamble post hitting the loss limit. The tokens can be accessed only after loss limits and it'll let you gamble on the platform with tokens that have little to no value but help problem gamblers to keep using the platform without leading to financial consequences. They could add some bonus prizes for winning bets with tokens to make them attractive.  
I like the clean mode idea as well.
