Strategy Inc. (Nasdaq: MSTR) has announced via Form 8-K (2026-02-17) the purchase of 2,486 BTC for $168.4M.

Updated Bitcoin Treasury Data:

  • Total Holdings: 717,131 BTC
  • Total Cost Basis: $54.52B
  • Average Acquisition Price: $76,027 per BTC
  • Purchase #99 since 2020

Good point, Thanks for sharing the existing thread link. Since Strategy’s weekly Bitcoin accumulation is ongoing and now totals 717,131 BTC, it probably makes sense to consolidate the discussion in one main thread to avoid duplication.

I’ll continue the discussion there so updates on Saylor and Strategy’s treasury strategy stay organized.
