Read the subject it doesn't seem like a correct sentence but I get the context of what you are trying to say. in betting there is nothing like sure odds because in betting anything can happen. we have seen cases where underdogs given a big odd end up winning the big teams. For as many of those that I will receiving odds from prediction sites, they have to see this and learn something, had it been it has been working, then this guy's predicting wouldn't have been taking much of their time to predict only for you to be able to win when they are not getting anything or placing the best for themselves, most of these sure odds you are seing are not being played, while you will now see some gamblers running after them to play because they don't have confidence in what they can deliver for themselves, but to only depend on prediction site for sure odds.

There is no such thing as "sure odds", people need to realise this. Even when it comes to fixed games, sure, the chances that you might win if you know what the result would be, but it is still not a sure odd or sure win, since a lot of things could happen in a fixed game that could result in a different outcome than what is supposed to.

A good thing you're able to understand that there's nothing like sure odds, sometimes gamblers are just being manipulated and robbed off their little funds cause they seek predictions that will warrant them sure odds for better picks and wins. Maybe he thought that gambling is very easy, that once the odds are there, it might be easy for someone to just bet and won and became rich. Probably there's a sure odds if you think the very low odds that is intended for a team or a player but if you think or value odds that is reasonable for the bettors, I don't think bookmakers are onna do that. If it's that easy to have some value odds then probably casinos are in bankruptcy right now, it's no surprise that the house always wins.

Every bet is based on probability including the sure odds that we claimed to have predicted but it is mostly those that claim to be sports experts that usually give sure odds and they will ask you to pay for it, assuring you that the game will be successful, although I like the confidence in some of them, they will tell you that if the game is not successful the will refund you and some of them keeps to their promise, I'm not sure about this days if the experts still keeps to their pledge.

How can we believe in something when we know that the outcome of the thing solely depends on the players' performance, and these people are humans whose strength can fail them and who could also improve? The only time one can convince me that this particular game is sure is if they can show me some evidence that the game is 100% fixed and it just has to be played as it was agreed. If not, nothing is 100% certain in gambling; there is no such thing as a sure odd.

Well, Thank goodness you learnt, because I myself was like you too who believed there was such a things as sure odds but I later learnt there wasn't such, and I don't think there will be any gambler or bettor from Nigeria who's new to betting that won't believe in sure odds with the way some addicted gamblers and sports bettors preach and talk about this both online and offline.

"Sure odd" I believe is a term someone came up with probably for fun after luckily winning some series of bets, and other bettors liking the sound of it picked it up and turned it into something many sports bettors today believe is real but in reality, it's not..
One thing those who believe in this never seem to imagine is that if sure odds was real, many who are afraid of losing their money can simply focus on betting on sure odds only and making consistent winnings and profits.

The only certainty we have is that one day we will "depart".
It is really very "naive" to think that there is certainty in anything, especially in a bet.... I imagine you are at least referring to sports games where it is possible to have predictability of results (never certainty) because if it is slots then the conversation ends right here.... slots are totally unpredictable and their results are random/lucky.

In short, even in sports the result is not guaranteed, unless you bet on a victory with a difference of 3 goals and there are only one minuts left to finish (in extra time). Besides that... the more certainty of a result, smaller the profit margins that casinos offer to us, so if the profit is still reasonable so it is because the bet is far from being "guaranteed".

The sole idea of existence of those so-callled "sure odds" goes directly against the very definition of gambling and betting.

Even if you see something like 1,01 odds on some betting market (because one of the teams is extremely favored against the other), there is still a very small chance of losing all your wager.

If there were actually something as "sure odds" they it would be a null multiplier, that would be like risking your money without the chance to get any meaningful return for your choice of getting involved on such market.

Anyways, I guess you already lost money trying to find ways to risk as little as possible with those odds, hopefully you did not lose too much money and it was a relatively cheap lesson for you to learn.
