I've not received the coupon. Just like the last time.  Huh

Did you open the email that matches the purchase email?

maybe it went to spam.

although one of the purchases I did in the past .   I did not get the coupon and had to request it.

I was not subscribed to marketing e-mails, that's why it didn't come automatically, I was told.
Finally received the code from support via e-mail. But it isn't working still:
Code:
discount code isn’t available to you right now
I am using e-mail address where all my purchases are. E-mailed support, awaiting resolution.

Yea in order to get the codes you must have not deselected the receive marking emails during checkout on your last order, if you did you wont receive the code and code probably wont work with our system.

Checking with the team for resolution on this.

All the platforms we use are annoying even when customers have not explicitly opted out from emails. Will see if we can set something up manual for our rewards programs for existing customers.

So My older unit and node do not exist . gave them away as a gift.

If I order the deluxe for 1099- discounts

where do I download the os and node to my 2tb nvme.2 ssd.

SO I got it

the deluxe model with no ssd.

I will need a way to load my NVME.2 2tb ssd

Apollo III has the same OS on micro SD card and blockchain on SSD drive.

All Apollo III's will come with the OS pre-installed on the micro SD card so you wont need to "load" the OS.

If you are upgrading for an existing Apollo full node, you can just swap out your SSD drive into the new one and boot up and everything will be working. If you have your own new SSD drive just pop it in before first boot and it will auto set it up and start syncing. You dont need to manually load anything.

QUESTION ABOUT SOLO NODE USE:
=======================

I have a new FutureBit Solo Node, and it is now a functioning home pool.  My several Bitaxes are mining away just shy of the 18TH hash volume of the Apollo III mining module.  Great so far!

However, there was a typo in one of the Bitaxe configuration files; I named the Bitaxe wrong.  Simple enough, and corrected quickly, but now the Solo Node reports a missing "ghost" miner.

How do I remove the ghost from the miner list on the Solo Node page?

     Thanks.......  scryptr

Yea it will drop after 24 hours I think. We will revamp the solo pool page for the 2.2 release for the Apollo III that will include options to manually remove, diff leaderboards and visual updates!

IT TOOK ONE WEEK:
=============

Today is March 9.  I started setting up my Solo Node on March 2.  Today (day 7) is the first day without the misnamed "ghost'  appearing in the Show All Data selection of the Solo Pool overview page.

I now have "8/8 miners" reported as working, instead of the "8/9" formerly reported.

Not a big deal, but I do have other questions.  So, thanks!

       Sincerely.....  --scryptr
