What happened: Duel.com scammed me

Additional Notes: Between February 6th and 15th, I was placing bets ranging from $5 to $70, mostly on major football leagues and a bit of basketball. I decided to make a withdrawal but found that it was blocked. I contacted support, and they asked me to complete verification. I submitted my ID + proof of address. Everything was successfully approved. They told me to wait 24-48 hours. In the end, on the third day, they replied that they had completely voided all my bets, and my balance was now negative $76. They also said the decision was final. The reason given was "Circumvention of betting limits, sportsbook abuse." I only have one account with Duel. I spent the whole night in their Discord channel, but none of the admins even wanted to help me. Everyone immediately started insulting me, even though I was being quite polite. In the end, no one provided me with any proof of my violation. The admins found it more fun to discuss Slavic girls and other nonsense in Discord than to help me. And by the way, I've already seen several topics on this forum with issues similar to mine. Proof:

They seem to be blaming you for multiple accounts. So are you sure that you haven't tried to cheat them with multiple accounts? It's really hard to trust nowadays, with either the users lying or the platform lying. Some people even withdraw bigger amounts, but they haven't faced any issues. But you are trying to withdraw a small amount that requires more verification and eventually detected multiple accounts.

However, it's hard to solve for us without the help of Duel. You may try to raise concern on their announcement thread if you really believe you haven't abused the system. But they probably will stick with their sentences, but will prefer at least to refund the initial deposit if it's less than the withdrawn amount.

You were probably limited or restricted on another sportsbook that uses Betby as its odds provider. The sportsbook odds provider for Duel.com is Betby. It is known to everyone that users who have been limited or banned on one Betby provider sportsbook may face similar issues on other sportsbooks using the same provider. Had you ever been limited on other sportsbooks where the odds provider is same?

OP, most casinos don't restrict users except when found guilty, with some of the evidence you're showing here, they already stated their own part to why you experience this, maybe this is why it is important to know their rules before signing up, because they found you being guilty of multi accounting, i don't know how this occur, but you should also consider such as a pitfall from your side.
