Registration
Simple, only requires email and password, with confirmation codes sent to the email for verification. The confirmation codes end up in my email's spam folder, so new users should check it there if the codes are missing in their inbox.

However, despite having a very easy sign-up, when placing a bet for the first time, you'll be hit with a KYC form instead.



Deposit Bonus

The 300% first deposit bonus requires you to make a deposit within a time limit, which seems daunting; if you miss it, you'll only get 200% first deposit bonus. It might be great if there were no time-limit, since, personally, I would like to check the platform first before making any deposits. This promo only applies to a min. of $5 deposit.

Deposit Options
Binance Smart Chain deposit option. This is by far my favorite deposit option on this platform. I rarely see this blockchain utilized by a crypto-casino, and in Qzino, they have it. BSC deposits are fast and cheap. Such a plus factor for me. Standard deposit options, and also have many ways to make a deposit.

Deposits themselves are instant. Automatically gets credited to my balance.

Mining
Minting Drop - Which is actually their "Mining" mechanics for their Token. Sort of confusing to find where it was on the platform since it's named differently. Points earned based on your activity on the platform, playing various games, and placing specific bets. Not sure why Slots has higher points than the original games within the platform; it should be the other way around, IMHO.

Also, the Telegram mini app (which I assume is related to their mining feature) seems to be missing or not working when you try to link your Telegram account from the website itself.

Solution I found was to search for the app on their official Telegram channel (https://t.me/qzino_announcements), run the TG app and go back to the website and connect my Telegram account again.


Games Selection

7 original games, which isn't that bad at all, considering they are a new platform. The games listed in this section aren't 'original' per se, since you see a similar selection of games across various crypto-casinos.

On the Slots page - Tons of game selection, which can be sorted by game provider, but some listed game providers don't list their slot games when chosen on the drop-down list.
Example: HackSaw Gaming: Empty

The same thing for these providers: BoomingGames, KAGaming, 1x2 Gaming, Betsoft, Amigo Gaming, and Mascot Gaming.

Upon playing (a slot game) the game itself loads fast. No issues found during a number of gameplays I've made.



Withdrawal
No specific button for withdrawal. You need to go to the deposit page, then to the withdrawal page in order to access it.


At first, the withdrawal page doesn't seem to load up when you actually hit the withdraw button. Only a loading.. text appears.


After I refreshed the page and tried again, it pushed through.
It turns out, you need to enable 2FA first in order to make a withdrawal request.
When the 2FA is enabled, you'll only need to input your 2FA codes to make a withdrawal; no email confirmation is required.

Withdrawals are not instant (at least for me). I was hit with this page stating that my $50 withdrawal is pending review. I made a request at 1:21 am, and my withdrawal arrived on 3:40 am, and that's only after I answered a question raised by their support regarding being a PEP (Politically Exposed Person ).

Security
2FA can be enabled, which is a great thing.
I've tried logging in with a wrong 2fa code, it won't let me through, which is again, a good thing.
Some important info should be guarded with 2FA, though.
For example: Address Book
Good and bad. Good since it allows fast withdrawal input. Bad because you can just add a wallet address to it without 2FA confirmation.



Platform UI (Desktop Version)
Default theme: dark, no light theme.
It would be nice to have a light theme for the platform. As someone with astigmatism, dark-themed sites make it much worse to look at the tiny texts and images.
The entire UI is easy to navigate, though. Everything is labelled. But, some buttons could have been displayed properly rather than being hidden on another menu.

Suggestions and Overall feedback
1. Instead of hiding the KYC form, place it after the sign-up.
This allows a seamless experience for the user, instead of randomly coming out when a user is about to place a bet.
2. Remove the time limit on the additional 100% deposit bonus.
New users tend to search around the platform first, checking how it feels. Placing a time-limit forces that interaction towards the new user, which won't feel organic. Some new users might not have access to their crypto-wallets at the time they've registered on the platform and will lose out on that additional bonus if they miss it.
3. Fix some slot game providers' lists. Some are missing.
4. Rename the Minting Drop page to Mining or Qzino Mining.
5. Add light-theme.
6. Add a number indicator on how many users are currently playing on a certain slot game.
7. Make a specific page for ToS, Privacy Policy, etc., within the platform itself - It looks cheap when it points to a pdf.
8. Remove pages that aren't available yet, like Lottery, Sports - only makes a clutter on the site.
9. Place a dedicated withdrawal button near the Deposit Button. You can also place the Swap and Tips button near it.
10. Make the withdrawals instant, especially for crypto users.
11. Require 2FA confirmation on address book input.
12. Fix Telegram mini app connection from the website.

This new casino is promising. The first one I've personally encountered that allows deposit on Binance Smart Chain. As usual, it has tons of game selection. The UI could use an alternative light colored theme, and some buttons are hidden within a button (e.g., withdrawal button). Also, some pages could be labelled differently, as well as a number of things that could be improved (all mentioned above). Overall, I rate it 7/10, and I'm looking forward to the implementation of their QZINO Token and some possible sweet airdrop.

1. Registration
The registration process seems nice in terms of UI and the minimal information required in that page. However when you intend to play or swap your coins to something more easier to play with you are  prompted to add more information. In my opinion I believe it's best users input all required information at the sign up page to make everything about low KYC requirements more transparent.



2. Bonus count down after registration
I think it's more of their unique bonuses but I think they can do better. The bonus countdown is just 30 minutes which is too short in my opinion because New users would prefer to observe the casino for a while before depositing. So it doesn't give them enough time plus it looks rushing.



3. Swap and play currency
Most persons are used to the dollar because of it's use as a base exchange rate but in Qzino as you can see below I can only play with the currency I deposited below except I decided to swap to USDT which is closest to the dollar. For flexibility reasons I think users should be given an option to play directly in dollar valuation instead of decimals like in the case of bitcoin.



4. In game experience.
Overall I like the UI but the UX is pretty buggy sometimes it flows and some other times it takes time to update which makes the casino look less premium. I tested out mostly their originals and it's a common thing. For games I can't type digits freely in the textbox I must have to empty the box to refill and the decimal numbers are too long for currencies like USDT I prefer a more congested balance to 2 dp. For games like crash I'll have to wait till a game session is over before I get an updated balance.



5. Technical issues
Faced them just  twice though I'm not sure how frequently they appear for longer game sessions. One was an in game issue with a sudden pause and then next I tried reloading and got a cloudfare feedback shortly after that. For time dependent games like crash it's important we don't get blackouts because it always turns out as a losing game for the player.

                           

6. 2FA verification
Well 2FA is good especially for those playing with huge withdrawals. I tested it out with expired codes and wrong codes and the site was able to detect them however I didn't like the idea of making it mandatory. Even if 2FA is important not all users like to use it for withdrawals. The team should consider making it optional and not compulsory especially for withdrawals.



7. Withdrawal and fees
My withdrawal was fast and easy however I'd like to point out that the team considers lifting the withdrawal fees especially for very common networks like Ethereum and  Tron infact zero withdrawal fees would be nice. Aside from that they should work on their front end. Withdrawals that have been received take a long time before they are marked as confirmed on the site. Even if it's fast it's better users can see it also on the site immediately it's confirmed.



8. Customer service and support
The customer support has a first aid response which is common however I like that when asked to speak with a human I get a human response in a few minutes. However the team should work towards making the human responds more organic not copy paste plus they should work on speed of human responses. My Review on www.qzino.com casino.

Registration:
The registration process is not hard for average gamblers and internet experts. It is only the email and the password and after signed up, there would be a referral number pop up. Then next and confirmation email was sent. And once confirmed all set for use.


First deposit:
The deposit was normal like other bitcoin transaction. It was very fast within 3+5 minutes interval. To reach the level 1, the player has to deposit 250 USD. Therefore anyone who deposit below the amount of 250 USD is on the level 0.


I was thinking of having the first deposit bonus instant as it is started here: Butt I didn't see the bonus instant and I checked everywhere on the bonus page after the deposit but none. And the minimum deposit to claim a bonus is $5 in the first deposit and my first deposit was higher than the minimum first deposit so I was expecting to have the bonus. But the bonus appears after I have played some games.

Deposit and withdrawal
Let me start from the deposit. I made two different deposits using USDT on BSC blockchain, the deposit was fast. I wanted to withdraw but I was unable to withdraw the money, stating that it was because of AML policy, that my wager should be at least 1x or 3x for sport betting.





I think 2x should be enough for sport betting. I went to play roulette but I later totally lost the money which caused me not the know about their withdrawal time. I have been on gambling site before that I can be able to withdraw my money without gambling ( on a fiat gambling site) and some require lower wining before they can be able to withdraw.


Live Support
I contacted their customers care to ask a question, I was responded to within 60 seconds which was quite interesting to me. But it would have been good if the message option where you can begin posting messages is easily seen but you will need to first click on 'other questions' which will let you to be able to contact their customer care support. But if I should give the live support rating, I will give it 95% out of 100 because there are some suggestions questions and if you click on any of them, it will give you answer. If you are not satisfied with the amwser, you will see underneath it where you can click on to chat directly with the customer care.




Security
I like the gambling site that encourage users to set 2FA. Qzino did that immediately I signed up. There are some sites that will encourage it immediately the account is funded or while withdrawing for the first time. But it would be good if the Qzino can add passkey to it. 2FA alone is enough but some gambling sites are now supporting passkey which makes sign up and withdrawal to be easier.


Sign up
If the email confirmation code that was first sent result to an error, you will still be sent the same code after you click on 'send again'. Different codes supposed to be sent but Qzino continued to send the same code which is no more valid and the person will not be able to register successfully. I saw some people that complainted about this in Qzino announcement thread.





Live games
I wanted to go for sport matches but that is not yet available but it says coming soon. It will really be good if sport matches including their live matches are available on the gambling site. I later went for roulette on the site but I am surprised that I was unable to access some of the games because of my IP which is from the ISP in my country. This is noticeable on Roulettes but most other games are better.


Performance (Page load time, Server response time, Downtime incidents, Stability under load)
I tested the site both on my phone and laptop, the site is light and not heavy to load and it was fast in loading. I did not notice any downtime incident at all. If I should rate how satisfied I was about this, I will give it an excellent rating.


UI and UX
I like the site UI and the UX is excellent. Most gamblers like the dark UI with the green written numbers which I can see on the site. They know the UI that gamblers prefers but it will be good if the site can have the light mode but it is not necessary because 90% of gamblers or more like dark mode.

My Review:

Registration:
The registration process was seamless and straightforward, I signed up using the google sign-in option.

User Interface / Site Navigation
The site does have a unique color selection and combination, but generally the interface is something I’ve seen one too many times with different other popular crypto casinos that I know of or have used in the past.

The landing page after logging could be better, I would rather have the Casino and Sports tabs be the most obvious items on that page instead of the Bonus and User Level pages taking precedence, and pages that aren’t available should probably be hidden while being worked on.

It was relatively easy to navigate through the website, and that could be as a result of being pretty conversant with the same or at least very similar interface on multiple other platforms.





Deposit:
I started with an initial deposit of approximately 25 USD worth of Solana (SOL) to check how fast it would get processed, and it was confirmed just as fast as I had expected, within a few minutes after it was broadcasted to the network, after which I then tried to use the platform’s Crypto Swap to swap my SOL to USDT, at first I was hit with the KYC warning, that I needed to fill in my details before I could use the feature, I didn’t find handing out my details out at the very first glance of the site comfortable and could have been a valid reason for me to use not a casino in the first instance, I think there should be some middle ground for those that would be prefer to remain or at least start anonymously, that being said after filling in some details, which were random actually, I went ahead for the swap and the process was easy, smooth, and most importantly the swap fees were really reasonably cheap.









Deposit bonus:
The first deposit bonus asides being termed wrongly, has some really complicated requirements. The first problem is that the bonus is advertised as 200% and 300% (if a deposit is made within 30 minutes of registering) meanwhile, that’s not completely true if only a certain percentage can be unlocked, over a certain period, and more so that can only be done by playing with the actual deposit in which the deposit would definitely never be enough to unlock the said bonus. The bonus would be much better if it has some native wagering requirement that isn’t as complicated.


Slots and Live games experience:
This would have been a B rating from me, but a number of providers were georestricted, even though I have played the slots from the same providers on other casinos, regardless, this was the smoothest endeavor from my personal experience. My first stop was the Qzino Originals where I tried the Crash and Dice, then the slots, the slots was more problematic for me because a lot of games from different providers were georestricted and I don’t understand why those certain games were restricted, for the live games, none of the games from Evolution was available, there was a georestriction in place for that as well, but all the games from Pragmatic Play were available and I played the Speed Baccarat.














Sport section:

I was already rounding up my review before the sports section was launched and I would say it was worth the wait. I had already exhausted my initial deposit on the live games, so I had to make a new deposit to try out the section. The sport section is getting an A rating from me, the section is the most put together on the site in my opinion, from how well detailed the sport types were arranged on the navigation tab, to how well the events schedules were structured too. I placed several bets on different sports, live events and fast events to see how quick the bets were going to be graded, they settled almost instantaneously for the fast events and the other events didn’t take long after they were concluded to be settled. I also like the option for cashout being available, but the only downside that it’s that the cashout option doesn’t seem to be consistent with all bets.


















Live Support:
I contacted the live support, and I inquired about when the Sports section would be available, response time was fast and the precise and depth answer showed that the support representative does have concise knowledge about the platform.






Withdrawal:
I requested withdrawal in Solana, and it was paid out after just around 2 minutes of submitting the request. I‘d say that is pretty fast and I liked the fact I was forced to enable 2FA before being able to submit a withdrawal to ensure my account security.






Conclusion: My overall rating for the platform in general would be a C, the site in terms of functionality and page loading time and response was smooth, but  it does need a lot of touches here and there to improve the user experience, especially for the home/landing page to make it less clumsy and cluttered.


Suggestions:
- The basic KYC information requirement would be better if it comes up during the registration or before deposit can be made instead of allowing registration and deposit, then requiring KYC before bets can be placed or withdrawal.
- Next on the list would be to declutter the landing page the bonuses and grid, they could come in below the Sports and Casino section.
- The timeframe required for first deposit is too short, I’m not sure many players would deposit within just 30 minutes of registering on a new site, some hours should suffice. Also the current deposit bonus is not well explained and is rather too complex.
- A dedicated page that lists all currently ongoing and past promotions would be nice, as it would make it easier to keep track of them.

Crash: the visuals could use improvement.

Refreshing didn’t help, but logging out and back in solved the issue. I’m leaving this observation for Qzino to review.

I was asked to activate 2FA, which was fine.

In past, I have tested several crypto casino sites and my experience with this site Qzino has been best so far. I found several unique features here compared to other sites which I have mentioned in my review. Starting with registration process, sign up procedure on Qzino site is quite easy and fast. On sign up page, I saw many other option such as Google account, Metamask, Trust wallet, Telegram etc. You can register through these option as well. This feature is very cool because having multiple sign up option creates positive impression of site and make it easier for gamblers. I used email for sign up and I also noticed eye icon and i have seen this function on very few casino sites so I really liked it. I did not face any problem during registration process and verification code instantly received in my spam folder.



If we talk about site interface i tested it on both mobile and pc version. On both version, everything looked quite unique and worked very smoothly. I did not see any kind of lag or error and the Ui design is also very attractive and user friendly.



Next, let’s move to Deposit section. My experience with registration procedure was quite smooth. When I clicked on deposit, very unique interface displayed. Besides deposit and withdrawal option there were two more option available 'Send Tips' and 'Swap'. In deposit section, all necessary detail available including QR code. This function is not commonly found on many sites and in my opinion, adding it is very good feature for casino and minimum deposit requirement was also clearly mentioned. In my opinion, this time is quite short and it would be better if at least few hours or one day were given to claim this bounce. These bonuses were quite impressive and can be very useful for user. I successfully received 200% bonus after depositing amount higher than min requirement. This bonus unlock as you place bets and once unlocked it must be claimed within 24 hours otherwise it will be cancelled. In my opinion, users should be given few days to claim unlocked bonus.



Another interesting thing I noticed is that Bonus icon is available on main page where users can easily check details of all their bonus. I found this feature very convenient and useful.



Now let’s move towards the gaming experience. Few days ago, sports betting was also lived on platform. If we look at casino section, there are many game available including Qzino original games, slots and live games. When I tried to place bet, my bet was not accepted at first and kyc form appeared on screen. After completing kyc process I was able to place bet successfully. I tried some of Qzino original games including Crash, Plinko and Keno and placed few bet. My experience with these games was very smooth. I did not face any lag and games were working quite fast.



In slot section, almost all of my favorite game were available and I tried few of them. Some of game took little time to load but overall they worked well on my side. In slot section, I also noticed filter feature where different categories are available like Pragmatic Play etc. This feature makes it much easier to find specific game. Overall, my casino experience was quite friendly and reliable and I did not encounter any major lag or error while playing slot games.



But I noticed one thing while scrolling through game without using search option. Some game thumbnail appeared black and did not load properly and I also felt page was bit slow until I refreshed it.



Sports book has also been added to platform which is great. Almost all major sports are available here including football, cricket, tennis and more. But I did notice few technical issues. At first, some section took time to load. When I opened cricket section it loaded normally on first try but when I clicked on soccer section site got stuck. After refreshing page, everything started working normally again. One feature I liked in sport section is that matches can be viewed country wise which make it easier to sort and find matches. This is also positive feature for gambler.



Now let’s move toward minting mechanism. At first look, I thought it would be mining feature but after checking I found that it is minting drop. In this minting drop, we get opportunity to earn early QZI token. In this system, we earn point which will later be convert into QZI token when QZI token is officially released. These point can be earn by using platform meaning by placing bet.



Points can also be earn via Mini app drop which is only possible by connecting telegram. I tried to connect my telegram but it did not work on my side. Then I tried to manually open Mini app on telegram and connect my telegram account to it but I faced error.



Overall, this minting drop feature is not commonly seen in most casinos and I really like this feature as it gives early users benefit of earning QZI token. All necessary detail are available on minting drop page where user can easily understand how this feature works.

I was very impressed with customer service and every question I asked was answered very fastly and in friendly manner with detail explanation. During my experience, I faced some issues on casino but support team resolved them easily and professionally and making this process very smooth and quick. Overall, their live chat service is one of best I have used and I want to appreciat their service.



Now moving on to Profile section. We cannot change our username or avatar until we reach Rank 2. 2fa is also available which can be used for account security. I asked support service whether enabling 2fa is mandatory for fund withdrawal and answer was no and it is only for account safety. But when I tried to withdraw fund option to enable 2fa appeared.



I found two more interesting feature in this casino Swap and Send Tips. Both of these feature are available in the deposit and withdrawal section. Such useful feature are rarely seen in many casinos. With swap feature we can easily swap our crypto into other crypto like usdt ⇄  btc etc. This is very nice feature. I noticed that btc fee are bit high so gambler can easily swap btc into usdt and withdraw in usdt where fee are much more reasonable and cheaper.

Send Tips feature also found very unique where we can send tips to other users via username. I did not see clear fee structure. I suggest add clear fee detail in Send Tips section. If there are any transaction fees they should be displayed so user know exact amount that will be deducted. If service is free it would still be better to mention “No fees” and to avoid confusion for user.

Overall, my experience with these feature was very smooth and friendly. Swap feature worked very smoothly and I did not face any problem while using it.



Moving to Withdrawal section and after testing casino, I went to withdrawal section to withdraw my fund. There I found all same cryptocurrency and network that were available for deposit. I noticed that btc min withdraw amount was lower than tx fee. Min amount is 0.00005 btc while fee is 0.000075 btc which is quite high for btc withdraw. I selected usdt (bsc network) where min amount is only 2 dollar and fee is 0.1 dollars which is quite cheap. For fund withdrawal,  wagering requirement is 1x and 3x for sports. For sports, it should be 1x or 2x. After completing wager requirement, I successfully withdraw my funds and within 30 second I received my money.



Overall, my experience with this Qzino casino was very great and i want to rate this casino 9 out of 10. Platform offer many unique and useful feature in it such as multiple login methods, Swap and Send Tips, staking and good bonus system. User interface is friendly, smooth and easy to use on both mobile and pc. Live chat was quite fast and helpful. I also liked minting drop feature which give early users chance to earn QZI token. First deposit
The bonus scheme isn't easy to understand.

The 250% bonus would be split in "micro payment" and finding exact details has been really hard to me.

300% deposit has no sense since... anyone would know there is this offer and he would just register once ready to deposit.

The "wheel" has dropped 300 points, (around the same amount of point you get with a single bet of 7 dollar on sport).

The single deposit has triggered around 6-7 bonus (... wheel of fortune can be unlocked after 1000$ play).
Part of the bonus could be redeemed with QZIN token.
Without entering in specific details.... there is a potential bias because players using sport bet have not an "house edge" and they get x4 the number of token for each bet (not based on odd...)
If you gamble on Dice you had a minimum chance to win not lower than 97% !
Meanwhile with SportBet this is reduced to... 99% (1.03 odd 1.01 odd).
Ok sports bets can have a different grade o risk but in any case the same % or odd will bring a substantial more amount of token (x4)

Other details to be mentioned: there is a bonus of 25% for beta testers. There is an increase of "difficulty" for generating token of 20%.
As you can see, in only one "session" or mining round (and counting the advantage of beta testers) tokens would "drop" about 45%!
The same action would bring 45% coin less...that is an huge and immediate dump .



Considering there is not an exchange/swap for these coins, we don't know how many has been minted (?) I don't see any incentive to collect (lottery? staking ?).

MY REVIEW OF THE QZINO CASINO

1. Registration

I already registered on the Qzino platform during the beta stage, and when I registered then, the registration scaled through successfully without any issues to complain about. I had to log in a few times to access my account without any challenge, but on the 6th of March, I decided to log in to my account just as I always do, but I noticed I could not. When I click on login, a prompt comes up with instructions to click on send code to email, and when I click on it, an error message pops up showing the time elapsed, and I cannot log in. So I had to chat with the customer care, who responded promptly with a positive reply, which resolved the login issue I had. The login message error was very timely, so I could not take a fast shot of it.




2. Deposit, Bonus and Swap

For the bonus option, the time limit for the bonus is not encouraging. If the casino could consider giving out a bonus upon first deposit without it being timed upon registration, that would be nice because it is normal that players who are sceptical about new casinos would want to observe the casino before making any deposit, and in so doing, it would take alot of time for them to watch or do their checks on the casino before deposting into it and by then, the time interval for the bonus upon deposit must have elapsed which makes one miss out of the bonus they could have received. This would definitely discourage some players who would be interested in such bonuses if they had heard about them elsewhere, which triggered them to register on the platform.

When I checked the Q-Rake deposit, I also noticed a timely voiding of bonuses after 24 hours, which is also too timely for the bonus deposit system on the Qzino platform. Maybe the team could look into extending it to 2 days or more to allow players to be able to claim their bonuses without missing them.



I deposited $15 worth of SOL to my Qzino account for the review exercise, and upon depositing, there was no delay as the confirmation was very fast, and my wallet was credited. I also tried to swap a little of my deposit to USDT to see how it works, but unfortunately, I could not as it requires a KYC verification to do so, which I do not really find easy with me. I am not making any withdrawal yet, only just using the swap function, which should be allowed as long as it is on the same platform where the funds are held. Maybe the team should look into this and revisit their policy with regard to the swap function.



3. Game

Slot game, being my favourite, was what I first played, and it was alright as I tried it by playing the Pirate Golden Age, one of the Pragmatic slot games, and it was fun to do, although a few of the slot games, such as The Road Rage, Mental, Thor Hammer Time, were not available in my country. After which, I tried the in-house game by Qzino, which is a dice game, and it was also nice and fun to play.

4. Withdrawal

I attempted to make a withdrawal from the Qzino casino, and so far, Qzino has the lowest minimum withdrawal of $2, which I have never encountered with casinos in the crypto space. The withdrawal was approved and confirmed very quickly. Before I was able to withdraw, I had to set up my 2FA, which seems compulsory by the casino, and I applaud them for that because that is a good safety measure to securing ones account and assets against unauthorised access. However, I am yet to receive my winnings from the the sportbook, and I hope they release it soon.



5. Summary

Navigating the Qzino platform isnt an easy task, though, as it looks too complex and broad because of the numerous features it has. The Qzino project is quite a big one, so I do not expect anything short of the project's complexity, coupled with the fact that it is a casino and has its own native token that would be distributed amongst users of the platform when it is time for distribution.

My overall rating for the casino is 9, not just because I was given the opportunity, but because the casino is worth it and Qzino is upto standard to be called a casino. However, the team should look into extending the bonus expiration time frame and also include other cryptocurrencies as a means of transaction on their platform, as the few there are limited.
