The idea itself is really great, but the solution can't be called equal opportunities, because those in power are always given more opportunities and privileges, and it depends on the country. The situation might be the same for everyone but only the levels are different, haha.

Anyway, in my country, there are many programs to help youth to move to other countries, or many loan schemes to start their own startups or business or whatever they want, so they can start earning or expanding. But it is only in one or two provinces that the rest are not getting benefit, one province is fighting with the army on the very same issue, and they say, our resources have been used by those in power while we are suffering. So things are pretty much the same everywhere, the solution is not to give them a loan, but give them what they deserve, and don't even try to take it back in the form of tax.

Growth is not something as today's economy puts it. GDP is a very misleading figure because around the world we've seen GDP growth happen without reducing unemployment and without reducing poverty.

GDP indeed grows by making everything more expensive and making you save nothing after you're done working. The goal of the current system is for you to spend to be able to fulfill even your basic functions. Banks aim to make even housing an investment. They keep millions of perfectly fine properties off the market just because they've figured out this way they make more money in the long term.

I have come to understand that the idea of equality will never happen because if it happens, it will lead to chaos.  This is the reason countries that practice socialism or communism end up in poverty unless they do some touches to their system if government like China did. The reason is that equality tends to make people lazy, not aspiring to be batter or do more. In other words, people end up as average and not realising their full potential. Giving every citizens money will cause hyper inflation this is because too much money will start chasing few goods. Many people will not even start business, they will just use money and lavish it.

For me, the government should create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive. There should be infrastructural development like constant power supply, good roads, security, educational facilities, and others. The government should also provide advanced educational facilities where citizens would acquire relevant skills which will make them self-employed or in high demand in the employment market.

Yes, the resources belong to all the citizens and that’s why the government manages it….the system isn’t designed to be fair! Not everyone will escape poverty based on the system because the poor are also part of it, Laborers, workers and all that and they keep the system running even though they favor a certain group of people.

But I think it is not that simple, there is no guarantee that everyone will use the money they receive productively. Also regularly providing such a large amount of funds to the government can also put pressure on the economy if it is not planned properly. If there is corruption or misuse, the purpose will be defeated, personally I think that if this fund can be linked to training, business guidelines or investment in specific sectors rather than giving out cash, the results will be much better. Then it can become a sustainable system that helps people stand up, not just giving money.

There is no need for all of these if the government can balance the economy to be productive for any business or investment. If there are areas the economy is lacking, also security wise which will limit more industrialization that is where the problem is. I many not be in full support of the government giving funds directly to anyone who turns legal age, if there are good jobs, large employment each year and very less inflation, there won't be problem for anyone turning of age, to get a job and earn very well, if the person would like to go into business, have enough to save up capital, the problem is greedy government that wants all for themselves and generation to come.

This will not solve the root cause of poverty. Just giving people money is not enough. First of all not everyone can build successful businesses. Some who will be given money will not use it properly. The country needs a better education system and an accomodating workforce that can handle all the graduates. There’s a lot to to fix in a country for it to be economically productive.

Such assistance seems very good, but in practice it can be a burden on the country, because it creates long-term dependency without empowering recipients to live more independently. Some countries have fairer systems than others and while capitalism is the most effective economic system, for fairness it needs to be well regulated otherwise it falls under the spell of relentless corporatism. Companies last a lot long than the short careers of politicians who are lucky to make it a 8-10 years, they also have some of the cleverest and most ruthless people in charge who are constantly seeking to squeeze consumers even if that means trying to get laws changed for the selfish benefit of a few. Whether this will be successful or not depends on each individual. That is, it depends on whether the human resources are sufficient or not. Because the quality of human resources itself must be improved. So it is natural that many countries today provide free education in their countries. At least in Indonesia, there is a free education program from elementary school to high school. In other countries, some even offer free college education. Basically, this is to improve human resources. Then there is also a program to provide capital to young people who are not yet working. However, what I see here is that many young people fail to make good use of the capital provided. And this failure is not because their business ideas are bad. It's just that the growth of small businesses or entrepreneurs is too dense here, creating even tougher competition.

You mixed two things. The suggestion is socialism like model but with few differencies. The government monopoles all the sectors and people get equal incomes so nobody is better than the other. This model made the IRSS second biggest economic power during the cold war. Later we discovered that everything was a propaganda lie because of the disasters happened in many sovietes (example famine in Ukraine).
Then you said that everybodies will have equal chances to lunch businesses to grow the economy. But you didn't tell from where the government will give the money to the full population equally? This is an etopic scenario.
