For example, if we talk about China or Japan, then we will see how fast they are developing. The reason behind this development is that the people of their country and the management of their government are much better than all other countries. The education system of my country is very bad. If our country's education system had been improved a lot earlier, then everyone would have easily been worried about their job position and would have considered how to take their country forward properly. But currently, many of us are not educated and the economy of our country is not very good. As we know, business and investment don't always lead to financial freedom if not managed properly and many people fail in business because they lack business skills or even investment skills. I don't think equal opportunities can increase economic growth. Then most people will become lazy and will not want to work hard to earn money. Also, there will be no difference between rich and poor, so one person will not be dependent on another person. Yes, now you can say that it is good to not be dependent. Everyone only dreams of becoming a successful businessman, but most are worried about starting one.

During the pandemic 5yrs ago, my government disbursed a lot of financial assistance, including business capital. People did take advantage of it, and over 70% of it didn't reach its intended target. Let alone starting a business, they didn't even know how to expand their existing ones.
The key is, everyone can aspire to the success of others, but not necessarily be able to handle it if they were given the same initial opportunity.

With regard to your suggestion, i have few questions. What will be the basis of amount they’ll receive? Will it be an equal amount for each person turning that certain age? Cause before they get to receive that amount, people already have different status to begin with. You can’t give everyone the same amount of money cause the other might be living a stable life already, while the others are having a hard time. Also, how can we say that once they received the money, people will use it for startup. There is a better way to do this but not to share money for everyone just because you want to kill poverty. Money given to people all the same time doesn’t mean they’ll all make good use of it, the smart ones will still find a way that the money comes back to them again and that’s how they remain on top in the global economy/financial struggle.

The inability of a man to now find means to make more money but know how to spend will only make them go back to the way they are before. Well this idea will have help to stabilize the economy by avoiding all sorts of atrocities but there will always be some betrayal who will never do a thangible thing rather they will go from one house to another, looking for what to loot or steal. Infact some people will forever be ungrateful fool who will never grow despite what has been done for them to succeed. I have seen a situation on my local government where skill accusation program was done and many people where enrolled as a way of helping the masses to be self employed after training, but guess what, after the program was concluded and property was given to them to start up small business of their own, all they did was to sell most of those skill accusation property and still went back to the street and start looking for who to help them when they once had an opportunity. That's why they are there and that's to sell everything for us. The poverty is how they're making money and from there, the opportunities become unequal.
