I believe this will also help to save their profile from getting knocked down, as everyone must be strictly adhering to the rules and regulations that is here. Being active is not actually the problem, but handling and ironing out cases from their users is always the best.

OP isn't representing this casino, he is just a regular user collecting referral links. So I don't know what kind of answers you're expecting, but I wouldn't trust someone impersonating casino representative.
