Hello. I'd like to file a complaint against Thrill.com casino. I played there, won, and even withdrew my winnings, but they won't give me back my last withdrawal! Of course, the casino doesn't want to lose money, so they won't give me back my winnings. They asked me to go through verification. I passed it and uploaded my documents. But they asked me to go through it again, and I did it again. They dragged it out for a long time, and then closed my account completely, saying they'd reopen it within 24 hours. But that didn't happen. They sent me an email. They said they'd reviewed my documents, but for some reason they wouldn't accept them. I don't understand what happened! Apparently, they saw that I won and decided to close the account! The only thing I understand is that the casino doesn't want to give me back my winnings, despite me passing the verification process. I've emailed them again, but they haven't responded. I've been struggling with this for a month now, wanting my account and my money back!
