I was going through your Faq and I saw that if the minimum deposit of $10 is not met, your deposit will be lost.. we know very well that it's ideal for players to stick to these rules. But at some point players can make mistakes due to reason which may Include calculating fees plus deposit amount or something other which may not be their fault.. if a player deposits lets say $9.99, isn't there a way for your support to assist them rectify and retrieve the funds? I mean it can't actually be lost but will be sent to the deposit address.. I'll like to hear your thoughts on this..

Yes, we are familiar with the forum.
As for the lost deposits, we are not able to recover them unfortunately. We use a 3rd party API to credit the deposits and the funds only reach our hot wallets if the user meets the minimum deposit requirement of the 3rd party service. Minimum deposit of our website and the service we use aren't same. But, in most cases, it is lost because the 3rd party service we use won't bother to work with their wallet and manually credit us for such amount. So, this is lost unfortunately.

As for the experience, playing roulette is a bit uncomfortable. The button to start the wheel is low, and you can't see the roulette wheel. You have to scroll quickly to see the ball, which also moves unnaturally and very quickly. I think it should be visually improved to make the game more enjoyable. But overall, it's okay.

Players can mine BLC token just by playing games. We are not planning to launch the token on the blockchain. It will be used as a token which can be used within Blocino.com only. As for the promotion, I think we need to improve a lot before we start any campaigns.
As for the Chat close button, It seems you guys didn't login. The close button appears only when you login. How you supposed to play the game without login?
Since you guys do not want to able to close the chat without even login on the website, I just added the chat close button for the users who are not logged in. However, you won't be able to see the chat again if you do not login.
In the User Agreement, I don't see any list of countries that are banned from using the platform. There are some countries, such as the United States of America and others that are sanctioned, that always appear in lists of a number of crypto casinos or services. Does this mean that on your platform, anyone from anywhere can sign up and play?
Yes, we do accept players from all over the world at this moment. However, once we add 3rd party games in the future, we might start geo blocking and the users will have a grace period to withdraw their balance and then we will notify them to close their account, or we might block the 3rd party games for them and allow playing our in-house games. It will depend on the providers rules actually. So, I cannot be 100% sure at this moment.
