There are some countries, such as the United States of America and others that are sanctioned, that always appear in lists of a number of crypto casinos or services. I was going through your Faq and I saw that if the minimum deposit of $10 is not met, your deposit will be lost.. we know very well that it's ideal for players to stick to these rules. But at some point players can make mistakes due to reason which may Include calculating fees plus deposit amount or something other which may not be their fault.. if a player deposits lets say $9.99, isn't there a way for your support to assist them rectify and retrieve the funds? I mean it can't actually be lost but will be sent to the deposit address.. I'll like to hear your thoughts on this..

Yes, we are familiar with the forum.
As for the lost deposits, we are not able to recover them unfortunately. We use a 3rd party API to credit the deposits and the funds only reach our hot wallets if the user meets the minimum deposit requirement of the 3rd party service. Minimum deposit of our website and the service we use aren't same. But, in most cases, it is lost because the 3rd party service we use won't bother to work with their wallet and manually credit us for such amount. So, this is lost unfortunately.

As for the experience, playing roulette is a bit uncomfortable. The button to start the wheel is low, and you can't see the roulette wheel. You have to scroll quickly to see the ball, which also moves unnaturally and very quickly. I think it should be visually improved to make the game more enjoyable. But overall, it's okay.

Players can mine BLC token just by playing games. We are not planning to launch the token on the blockchain. It will be used as a token which can be used within Blocino.com only. As for the promotion, I think we need to improve a lot before we start any campaigns.
As for the Chat close button, It seems you guys didn't login. The close button appears only when you login. How you supposed to play the game without login?  
Since you guys do not want to able to close the chat without even login on the website, I just added the chat close button for the users who are not logged in. However, you won't be able to see the chat again if you do not login.

Yes, we do accept players from all over the world at this moment. However, once we add 3rd party games in the future, we might start geo blocking and the users will have a grace period to withdraw their balance and then we will notify them to close their account, or we might block the 3rd party games for them and allow playing our in-house games. It will depend on the providers rules actually. So, I cannot be 100% sure at this moment.

That said, I can’t seem to find any clear information about your license. Is it safe to assume the casino doesn’t have one, that’s why you’re promoting it as a “no KYC casino”?

First of all, welcome. I don't think casinos are good in general, but I think those that promote easy and clear games are better, which is one of them. Although it makes deposits or withdrawals with Bitcoin, this point is quite good and the second thing here is more dice games, which are quite easy for a child to play. It is generally quite good and better. Blocino games, which include wheel, high or low, are mostly easy and winning games. If you take profit from it, I don't think there will be better games in Blocino. By the way, most casinos promote quickly and give bonuses for their development, but this thing has not been seen in Blocino so far and other things have won my heart. You don't plan to keep users who have questions concerning your platform waiting for days, your company is new, you need a representative who can stay online most times or yourself login each day and respond to every questions going to be asked.

Perhaps the license is still in the process of being finalized? Without a license we doubt it especially after the Betmoco and BetManor incidents that ended up scams.

Since this casino doesn't have any third party slots therefore no license is required? I guess if they want to add a lot of slot games from various providers they should have a license especially with the Sportsbook they have embedded there.

That's not the case actually. There are many non-KYC casinos even having their ANN on bitcointalk and they are operating good. They can ask for KYC on demand but that doesn't mean that they are doing scam. Infact most of the new casino start with the label of No-KYC and we don't know if later when they become popular, they become KYC compliant.

Another thing is that the casino is still at beta state which means not live yet, and such we need alot of time and development to follow them through, is quite clear that the ops have a well organised activities ranging from developing the casino bit by bit and including a token feature which is another aspect of the business entirely.
Anyway we wish them all the best and welcome them to bitcointalk, just as we keep observing their activities here in the forum and on their platform.

Maybe this will work if you’re sending from an exchange.

Because of your post, I went ahead and verified and opened my Binance account. When I checked the XRP withdrawal options, I can actually choose the BSC network.

I haven’t created an account on Blocino yet, but I don’t think there’s a mistake on there side. Better double check on their deposit page if the network is clearly indicated as BSC, just to make sure it’s really the right one before sending anything.

Pretty much. We can only play with demo credits and not real money.

Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to display the slots when they are in such state—demo mode only. Because some folks may thought it's working as usual and depo, only to find out they can't play the slots at all with real money. It can be a real hassle. We all know casinos typically have wager req for real money as well and/or sensitive when players depo and withdraw with little to no play.

If the team wants to do some tests, they can keep it in the staging environment, and on the live public website, they can simply add coming soon in the slots.

Thanks for pointing that out. Actually, we started with ETH only and later added other cryptocurrencies. We overlooked that part. However, we already updated it.

It is correct, actually. We do accept XRP deposits on the BSC chain.

Correct. The slots are in Demo Mode and cannot be played with real money. We will mention it on the website.
About BLC token, it is staked automatically on the dividend pool and the players get dividend every 24 hours based on their BLC holdings. The TestCoin is for our Staffs only to test the games since we are still in Beta. We created TestCoin so the staffs can play the games to test them, and these testcoin wager won't count towards the wagering contests. We did it to make the wager contest fair for the players.
It seems we got some exploiters from BitcoinTalk forum, who managed to exploit some bugs and used it in a few games. They successfully withdrawn some money already, and after blocking their account, they are threatening us to give negative review on the forum. We expect them to come here and write more details about it.
Speaking of exploits, we will open a bug bounty program soon and we will reward if anyone can report security issues of the games. Feel free to reach us via private message if you are interested.
