Yes, it seems I missed reading the FAQ part. However, it seems you aren't asking KYC for regular gambling. But you may ask for legal reasons based on circumstances; I think it's reasonable unless you abuse it. If gamblers could withdraw smoothly from your platform without KYC or any issues, then we wouldn't have to be afraid about KYC. Also, it's the gambler's responsibility to not abuse the system.

I did and got the promo codes. It's a $2 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement.
You can enable the bonus from the promo code by confirming your email first, then going to the bonus page (https://blocino.com/bonus), and entering the promo code.

I would love to play it on slot, but since those aren't available yet, I tried it on the normal games, crash, dice, and mines. I particularly like the mines games.  
The animations on some of the games could use a bit of an upgrade, though. Most look normal with very little flare to them, makes the gameplay a bit boring.

Haven't had the chance to withdraw any amount yet since I'm still below the wagering requirement. I'll update you guys once I've made a successful withdrawal on their platform.

I did not send a PM because I'm not that interested with it since I believe that it is just a matter of few dollars balance or maybe free spins which come with big wagering requirement.
As confirmed by julerz, seems that I was right as he got $2 with 20x wager requirement while there is also 1 term under the user agreement page that withdrawal from bonuses is limited to 2x of the bonus amount.
So lets say we get $2 and manage to wager it 20x then what we can withdraw is $4 only unless there is an exception for the bonus they offered in this forum.
Btw, there is still no response from them related to my application on the VIP transfer program.
