The process involved is that when you want to make withdrawals from the casino, they manually review it before approving it, even when it is not a big amount of money. You don't contact any of the team for withdrawal, follow the normal procedure of withdrawal but your withdrawal will not be automatically sent out by the use of processors, someone has to manually approve and pay out to your wallet.

We've grown pass that system, automatic withdrawal is the trend, any casino making use of manual withdrawal is limiting themselves to the market, instant withdrawal is much preferred than manually waiting, those in charge might ignore the withdrawal for more than 24hrs making the user wait too long.

If a casino wants to scam players, it will do so regardless of the withdrawal system. Even if the withdrawal is automatic, they can do selective scams. Such casinos are more dangerous. They will process the withdrawal automatically if the amount is low. However, they will flag the large withdrawal for manual review, and they can reject the withdrawal and scam the players. Tend to agree. But only if the amounts are small or medium. Simply because of security concerns and various KYC/AML policies (which are mostly imposed by regulators), casinos are forced to conduct manual checks when dealing with large sums.
But in general, I adhere to the principle that if a casino believes that it knows enough about you to accept a deposit and place a bet from you, then it automatically agrees that everything necessary to make a withdrawal is already in place. Everything else is a form of scam or, as they say, shady behavior.
