We cannot accept funds sent to cold wallets. Due to technical and compliance limitations with those services, our cryptocurrency acceptance process requires additional checks. To ensure users are not unexpectedly subject to AML screening, we have published a single, comprehensive list of all requirements. Thank you for your question.

What? How are you going to identify whether a particular address comes from a hardware wallet? There is no AML checker in the world that can detect those things.

Maybe a size-based check can be used, but that's only going to filter out extremely large addresses such as tens of millions, not some dude holding $5000 in a Trezor wallet.
You make a good point and the exchange team has not bothered to address it and explain how they can distinguish between a cold wallet address, a hot wallet, or an exchange address.

Based on their AML/KYC page, if they freeze funds, they will deduct an administrative fee from the held funds.

Since their policy states that funds from cold wallets are not accepted, it would be helpful all here to understand how they determine whether an address belongs to a cold wallet and what tools they use to do that.

@moneto4ka.com, Can you please explain this directly?

🪙 Why do many users hold their funds in different assets?

In the world of digital finance, more and more users prefer not to limit themselves to a single asset.
Some choose Bitcoin for long-term holding, others use USDT for everyday transactions, and still others focus on promising altcoins.
You keep posting marketing posts without answering the questions being asked here and that raises some red flags.

For that reason, I left you a neutral trust rating.

albon    2026-06-24    Reference    Avoids basic AML/KYC questions and relies on generic marketing responses. DYOR before using this service.

If your project's reputation matters to you, you should have answered the questions instead of ignoring them and keep posting promotional content... It doesn't look great 👎

The op pattern of posting appears like a programmed bot. The op has only attended and responded to one question here in the thread but continuously posts promotional content which again looks like some copy and paste bot content. I might be wrong, but that's exactly how the last post from the op appears to me.

⚠️ Did you send cryptocurrency from the wrong wallet? What should you do?

When making a transaction, it’s important to consider not only the amount and the network, but also the wallet from which the funds are being sent. If you accidentally used a different address—don’t panic! 👇

💡 What should you do in this situation?
1️⃣ Check the transaction—make sure the transfer was sent on the correct network and to the right address.
2️⃣ Save the TXID—it will help you locate and verify the transaction.
3️⃣ Do not create a duplicate request—clarify the situation first to avoid complicating the exchange process.
4️⃣ Contact Moneto4ka support—provide the request number, TXID, and specify which wallet the funds were sent from.

📌 Important: If the service requires sending funds from a specific wallet—for example, to verify the owner—a transfer from a different address may require additional verification. Whether it can be processed depends on the terms of the request.
💚 Moneto4ka reminds you: Carefully check the exchange terms and addresses before sending funds.
👉 Planning an exchange? Go to Moneto4ka, select the destination, and verify the details before transferring! 🚀

🤔 Myths About Crypto Exchanges: Fact or Fiction?

There are many misconceptions surrounding cryptocurrencies. Let’s debunk a few popular myths! 👇
🔹 Myth 1: You need to be an expert in cryptocurrency to use an exchange.
Fiction! All you need to do is carefully review the terms of the transaction and choose the right option.
🔹 Myth 2: All cryptocurrency transfers are completely anonymous.
Not exactly. Many transactions can be tracked on the blockchain, and services may conduct verification checks.
🔹 Myth 3: Crypto exchanges always take just a few seconds.
Fiction! The speed depends on the network, transaction confirmations, and order processing.
🔹 Myth 4: The most favorable exchange rate is always the best choice.
Not necessarily. It’s important to consider the final amount, fees, and exchange terms.

💡 Conclusion: The better you understand the process, the more confidently you can complete the exchange.
💚 Moneto4ka—choose a direction, check the terms, and exchange cryptocurrency with confidence!
