I simply slide notifications from the exchange. Also, I don't use AI for trading as well, because I can't depend on AI analysis at all. Sometimes I check AI, but not for predictions from it; I just want to see the market update for specific coins. I am not sure which exchange you are talking about. I have been using Binance and Bybit; both have AI features to check and analyse the coin.

However, I am not a fan of using AI or any trading bots for my trading. Because it's quite impossible to predict exactly about the market, even for a human, then AI can't predict anything. Markets move for various reasons; instantly, it would dump and pump as well. So it is better we analyse ourselves for the trading based on our experience, but you may get some updates from AI that would help with our analysis.

The thing is exchanges might not be doing this intentional by giving out fake news or analysis but rather it might be due to the type of AI they depend on do such information that is giving them just information and noting more.

Personally it will be really difficult that you go after exchanges predictions and require them to near accurate or at least be able to provide accuracy and reliability, this is their job, what they are is you’re  either selling or you’re buying they actually care less the only thing they prefer is you to be doing something on the platform and generating fees for them. Those AI notifications are them wanting your fees. If the AI notification was accurate, they'd trade it before sending it out and then send it to you once they'd filled their position as per their ownbridk tolerance strategy.

A lot of information exchanges provide is often not the most accurate too. It might not all be intentional, malicious or even something they know about. .
They're programming complex products in an emerging market still with fairly small teams iirc (compared with banks and stock exchanges).

It's worth doing your own research and trying to work out if you can spot and verify a pattern before considering investing.

Even traditional stock brokers usually only notify you if a speciguc stock is up and not always if it's down or fallen.

Not really exactly like this, the information the exchanges give can be accurate at times, but what I noticed is that they are more accurate during bull run and which is normal because the market is expected to increase more during bull run unlike during bear market. Anyone that believes them during bull run and make money, the person can be disappointed during bear market and lose money. But it is worth knowing that there is no time that the notification can not be highly inaccurate.

Although, it is not a fake news but just a prediction and which can be right or wrong, but I do not know what newbies may see it as. I think it is better for exchanges not to be sending such notifications to people without warning or disclaimer.

May I know what the exchange is it? Some time has any exchange market sending the fake notification exactly with your case about bitcoin back raise up but in other side the price of bitcoin still fall down. I think the error of the exchange market its self and so far my exchange market notification using Binance always accurate based on the current price, but only several notification sending from Bitcoin, ETH, SOL and POL maybe based on my holding assets and most often assets trading.
If any other coins raise up or down not get any notification from Binance, actually interested get notification from the exchange if not fully monitoring the market price.

The reason I muted all notifications from the exchange platform or a local e-wallet that supports crypto is that they seem to mislead people with their inaccurate predictions.

This isn't new IMO, we know AI doesn't give accurate prediction results, and most elite traders don't even use them.
It's good advice to ignore or disable notifications from the exchange and stop receiving them.

I think that all that you said in this your op post was summarize in your last paragraph because the crypto market can not be perfectly predicted all the time, most times it works as planned, and sometimes if fails, that is why you as a trader needs to have something upstairs before engaging in trading activities, because you can't be entering the market blindly base on the analysis done by AI tool of an exchange alone, without you doing some analysis to know if the signals given to you is perfect or not.
 So knowledge on technical and fundamental analysis is very important when dealing with trading, since you need to check the signals given to you, if it's in line with your analysis.

These notifications are not that bad, it depends on how the trader makes a decision after receiving such notifications. Traders definitely have to monitor the market themselves, but these notifications can aid them too. Of course it would be wrong for someone to just buy a coin because they received a price alert that the price of the said coin is rising, that is not enough to jump into it.

That said, market shift notifications would provide you with the latest consequential movements in the market, but it is not enough for one to follow it blindly. You have to do further research before making a decision, but it definitely aids you towards that.

I don’t know, I’m not sure whether the exchanges I use send those notifications based on AI usage. But I don’t really pay attention to their suggestions. 
Maybe for those who trade daily, they do check those notifications. But using them as a basis for making trades is certainly the wrong approach.

These notifications is not about making trade predictions, they are not actually giving traders trading advice, at least that is how i understand it. These notifications are all about alerting traders on certain things going on in the crypto market. For example, a rise in price of a crypto, or when there is a rise or fall in trading volume, etc.

They are not predictions, i'd call it updates regarding the market condition. But traders should not follow it blindly like i already said, they should scrutinize this information and do their own research before making a decision.

All exchanges are private companies looking for how to make money and the only way to do this is by trying to lure traders and investors to fall for their traps. I have also noticed that copy trading and other form of trading on exchanges can be manipulated in their own favour and it is traders that used to fall victims to this especially someone that is not experienced and have no adequate understanding about how these exchanges do to deceive most traders to earn from them.
I will not fall for their trap but their are traders that are quickly execute a trade with the hope to make quick money.

Just as you have said, every trader owes it to themselves to do their own research and use analytics as a research tool to know the right time to enter the market, not a yardstick to trade only when they get such signals.
These notifications are history data of performances of various coins in the market, it does not tell how the direction of the market might be in a few minutes or hours.
The best bet when the market is still dipping is to hold strategically and know when to trade.

I think those market shift notifications might be delayed. I don't follow any notifications related to market shifts except for the signal for the price drop of any coins that I monitor.

Anything that notifies you must be verified by you, like others said do some research or analyze it on your own if the market has already shifted, but my guess is what you experience might be a delayed notification, and instead of a reversal, it goes against what you expected. Or sometimes they use indicators like RSI to notify you of some divergence, and soon the price will reverse. However, you should verify it with yourself and better use only an alert that you actually set, like alerts on TradingView, which is better because you set these indicators to give you alerts depending on what you set. Take note that only premium had this, but I think for free accounts they give you 1 or 2 alerts, I guess.

AI is getting popular these days and they might not be right 100% but they give us some information that we can use for our benefit, like they can tell us if the token is being oversold or overbought. We don't have to look at the RSI indicator but the recommended way is to check manually because these AI can make mistakes and they can give influenced answers that can lose us money.

We should always double-check what AI is telling us. As expert traders, we should have our own source of information, but we should only use AI to fasten our analysis. But it does not mean we can skip the manual part, we just need to confirm it. With AI we can get better and more opportunities, but as I said don't skip the manual part and always research and double-check.
