I think the main thing that favors Mayweather is that he's a gym addict that still works hard to stay in peak condition while Manny has been rumored to be a bit of a drug user.  At their ages, I think that will make a massive difference.  We've all seen Floyd fight though.  He's going to bounce around the ring for 99% of the fight, get a few clean shots in, and wait for a winning decision.  Netflix is going to get fleeced on this one.

If the source came from a meme page I will not easily believe it. Since as what I have seen on research, it seems those conditions written by that page is been asked by Mayweather camp on year 2015 on their first bout.

On their rematch Mayweather don't have same huge fame just like before to demand to much condition, also I don't see any detailed condition asked for this fight, maybe both of them easily agree on the terms given to them.

He's going to bounce around the ring for 99% of the fight, get a few clean shots in, and wait for a winning decision.  Netflix is going to get fleeced on this one.

This is another craziest thing will happened if Mayweather will do that again, since people watching their fight will criticize him for not giving those fight that they want.

Is this real or fake? Rubbed my eyes as I dont believe what I read. I recently saw Pacquiao is going to fight Provodnikov in April. 5 months later he is already planning to make biggest fight of his life (I believe it will, both will ask today more than they have asked when they were in prime). I don't know if Netflix will have a agreement that Floyd is not going to go around and not to engage Manny. If that happens then the fans are going to booed the fight although for Floyd, a win is a win and he will have his own regardless of what he will do in the ring.

I think despite Floyd being in good shape as others might reported, Manny is more fit in my opinion as he had a fight with Barrios and will fight again. So stamina wise, Manny will still have that gas tank in him.

He also plays basketball and as far as I know, he had his own league in Manila.

I guess we will never see a fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao where one boxer doesn't demand that every advantage in the fight be in their favor. I’m pretty sure that even before this was announced, the fight was already finalized. Those conditions didn’t just appear out of nowhere. Manny’s camp probably knew about them early on and already agreed. That’s just classic Floyd Mayweather Jr.. He always puts pressure on his opponents, especially if he feels they can really challenge him. Suddenly there’s talk about drugs, extra conditions, all that stuff. If Manny Pacquiao passes those tests, then the fight goes on. Simple.

I'm pretty sure that it's not gonna have a 50-50 split profit, I think Floyd Mayweather's team will go either 60-40 or 70-30 and I think Pacquiao would just agree to it. I'm not sure where I've seen it but I've seen someone posted regarding Floyd's team's demand in this match but it most likely in favor of Mayweather. Now, the only way for Manny to win is probably in K.O., the last match were a unanimous decision in favor of Mayweather, I would agree that he did good in defense, counters, and clean punches while Manny's goal is to knock Mayweather. This upcoming match, I hope we'd see some good actions since both were veterans and legendary.

I also think that before fight even happened, they have already divided the potential money. By seeing how Manny agree to fight weird opponent in exhibition matches, it makes me think that he is close to agreeing to any proposal if it connected with boxing. Either he is in short of money, or to crazy about boxing and competition. Also I think that Floyd is such a person that he wont agree with 50/50 split At least 1% must be in his favor

I think the 50-50 split is very reasonable indeed and i also think that Floyd will not ask for more conditions for this fight to happen as he needed badly the money that this fight would generate. The first fight was a blockbuster in terms of revenue but the fans was treated badly, i mean it was a fight that people don't expect. Floyd boxed a little and a lot of running while on the other hand, Manny Pacquaio was having a shoulder injury which adds to the lackluster or lack of action to that fight and we could expect that this fight would be the same since Floyd won't change his style and i hope fans will watch this.

I do agree, Floyd won't come out of retirement and go with the 50/50 purse split. A least 60/40 or better yet 70/30 as he might argue that he is still the A-side here. And the thing with Pacquaio is that he might agree with everything that Floyd ask. He just want to have a second chance to beat Floyd as he think he can do it, or at least most of his fans does.

This could be the time for Manny to push for a better split, maybe even 50/50. If those reports about Mayweather having financial issues are true, then maybe he actually needs this fight more than Manny does.

So Manny shouldn’t just agree if Mayweather is asking for a bigger share again. He has to negotiate properly and believe he still brings real value to the table. At this point, it’s not just about legacy, it’s also about leverage. The question is, who really needs this fight more?
