That's what i'm thinking. Floyd can't be stupid enough to kill his record with this fight. However, he's in the needs some money. So he's keen to change the fight to be exhibition fight in order not to lose his record, but he's also earning money for himself.

Exactly, there's no way they wouldn't properly read the contract, especially if it involved a lot of money and they could be held liable if they breached the contract. I think what would happen here is as time goes on, they make some more drama to hype up the match, and in the end, the fight will go as planned. Though this is just an assumption, so I could be totally wrong.

In this case mate, everything is with Floyd, as what we said, how come him and his team didn't understand what is in the contract? And it was said that he already got half of the guarantee split and so in effect, everything should be settled down and understand that terms. He has a chance and that may slip because an arrogant yet just care about legacy is definitely a coward thinking. It's really a great decision to have Manny Pacquiao as the Fighter of the Decade considering he's not coward and want head-on on every match, he goes all in whoever he fights in that ring. Well, he has a choice to probably make it just an exhibition but I think a lot disapproves that.

Really hard to tell because if there's someone who loses then there would be those injury related after the fight on which sometimes i do really say that it is just that some reasoning thats why they had lost the fight. If they are really that being injured or currently experiencing some issues on which it would affect their fight and not be able to do their best then it would be better to delay the match rather than on pursuing it. I do agree on what you had said that Floyd's tactics might that look not that ethical since hit and run strategy is indeed a boring way on winning up the fight but actually it does work and thats the main reason on why he's still that undefeated. A lot of people are getting fooled here. These two (Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr.) are quite experienced players. They know how to hype up the fight, and they are exactly doing that as per the precompiled script. The fight will go ahead, either as an exhibition match (as Floyd says) or as a professional fight (as per Pacquiao). But both of them have an agreement on this, and they are engaging in a war of words just to get media attention. As of now, the interest in this match is not up to their expectations. Organizers were expecting a revenue of $500 million, but looks like they will fall short of that.
