BetCoin scam alert!

Hi!

I have a big problem with Betcoin. Three months ago they closed my account and when I got a response from them they said that I am "in violation of our terms of service regarding collusion/syndicate play, as well as violation of sportsbook rules, with regard to using banned services to place value/arbitrage bets. A review is in progress to determine the extent of the abuse. This should take no longer than 60 days. If anything is needed, we will let you know."

It has now been over 90 days and I haven't heard from them. I can tell you for sure that I´m not involved in anything like that. I don´t use any services but place bets found based on public stats and information. A lot of bets that I take I also bet in asian markets which lead to dropping odds, but this is because of me, not ant computer or value bets services.

When I try to log in to my account which had a balance of around 12-13k USD (Around 10k USDT and some USDC I think) I get this message "Your account has been blocked. Contact support for details." Support is not available for me and they don't reply to emails.

When they are going to make a big case and take so much time to investigate it, it should be a given that you get a follow-up when the case is finished "investigating" with a proposal for how we solve this. I am unsure how much I have deposited and how much is winnings, but the entire amount is my money that they have taken from me.

I just want this case closed and get my money back.. I have screenshots of account before it was closed, I think I found the deposits (5600 USDT in total) and I have screenshots of the email conversations with BetCoin, but I wasn´t able to add them to this post due to lack of computer skills.

Upload the screenshot on TalkImg and post the link here. Also tell your username and user ID so that the representative of Betcoin.ag can check your account. I tried to reach you in different ways, but yes fair, you answered that e-mail quickly. But not my last e-mail that remains unanswered after 5 days or so.

I´m not part of any syndicate and I really want to know what makes you think so apart from me winning a few thousand dollars. I play fair, but yes I do well in certain sports and leagues. But I have never or will never be part of a syndicate or use any "dropping odds" tools or anything like that. 

It´s extremely frustrating to read your answer. You can´t possibly have any proof of something that is not the case..

I can see that this entire narrative is misleading, then? Is it not? After you acknowledge BetCoin's rebuttal as well as provide your own screenshot evidence that their reply come in a very short time and is final. Might want to rewrite it to better fit the actual narrative? In a good faith? Though their answer here is final and I don't think BetCoin ever withdrawn their initial ruling.

My point was never their response time, I mentioned that point out of frustration that I couldn't get a response on live chat and that they haven't responded to my last email. I blame it on a mix of poor English skills and frustration/disappointment with the situation.

My point and what this post is about is that they have closed my account and taken my money without any good reason whatsoever.

They are confidently accusing me of something I have never done or been a part of. I have only placed my own bets on international ice hockey and have done so with reasonable success. They talk about evidence they can't possibly have, because it doesn't exist. I don't understand what I should do to get back the money that is mine.

How sure are you that there is none and it doesn't exist? The only way to know that is to undergo arbitration if you think you can win your case.
I'm sure Betcoin system is good, and they are willing to go to arbitration to prove their case, so the ball is in your hands; that's the only action you can take if you think you are clean and want your money.

A system exist, to a point. Casinos communicate "with each other" through data submission to several entities [it's part of their duty to stay compliant with the law] including their sportsbet provider. In fact... they directly "submit" your data to their provider as that's how your bet was placed. The provider will analyze the bets and well, here we are.

About arbitration, I might be wrong, but BetCoin is not on AskGamblers, so you can't go there for mediation. And your bets are sports-related, which means CasinoGuru will automatically reject.
