Bitcoin today is one of the major reasons why so many persons are rich because of the value it is adding to there life. I think you are very correct with such statements about well for over a close to a year now bitcoin has has really played it part and now shows that despite all it FUD (Fear,Uncertainty,Doubt) the fundamentals part I love about it is that till da it keeps bouncing back no matter the market dip it still bounced back, well the honest truth hater have really talked so much about it and fair enough till date it still remains a future asset to invest in that just the simple truth of it.

The reason Bitcoin is an asset is that it's a superior currency to every other currency. You can't talk about what makes Bitcoin a valuable asset without talking about what makes it a superior or valuable currency.
It is a currency that has no border, controlled and owned by nobody, cannot be printed at will by the government and central banks, and the supply is reduced at intervals, and on top of all of this, it has a limited supply.

If the dollar, for example, has these features, but remains a centralised currency, it will be worth so much more,, and people will begin to buy it and hold it for future profits. Now imagine something that is better than that.
If Bitcoin were not a currency, if it were built as only a speculative asset, it wouldn't have any value because ot doesnt provide any value on its own, but as a currency, it has a use, and so it becomes valuable.
