Believe it or not, its been years for me using VPN while one of my reasons is to play restricted games but I have not faced in all the casinos where I used to play.
For me, the strict rule of VPN usage is when it is being used to bypass countries restriction while for bypassing restricted games, there are many casinos that are so friendly for it.
