Serious marketing would have to be done since it is already on a dedicated social media application and with the cost, I wonder how much would be enough to market this telegram mini apps so that others can see it and join in.

Telegram is rather a niche market for gamblers, yes.
I think people avoid Telegram because of the insane amount of scammers there are on that messaging application, to be honest.

It is less likely to find scammers on chats which are being moderated on centralized and reliable casinos, like those in Stake, for example.
