It's a great move, because there's nothing wrong in buying the dip. Whoever has money should do it while also buying through DCA too. But the only thing there is that the money that you want to use to buy the dip shouldn't be money meant for important needs(meant for bills, food, or emergencies). What you've just is makes sense to me, however being aggressive is not a bad idea during bearish periods like this but over aggressiveness in accumulation is where the problem lies. There should be a balance in accumulating so the investor won't be forced to use funds aside their discretionary to invest and end up selling at lose to cover up daily expenses or emergency situations.

Look, what you said basically teaches like trading, but Bitcoin is the only one that is most compatible with long-term investment. Before we can buy aggressively during the dips, we should have started buying with DCA method already, one thing I have always known is that aggressive buying is not for everyone, you can only buy aggressively if you have what is required to do so i mean the funds to do it, Bitcoin investment is an organized investment, investors should not embark on missions they know that they may likely not acompish, of course preparation should be made before anyone can go on with there aggressive buying but as Bitcoin investors, I think it is a necessity for us to start building our emergency funds along side with our investment or even have it built before we start our bitcon investment if possible, for us to consider buying aggressively, it means we should have set all the necessary things intact but if we have ways we can do it without falling back to our portfolio as an alternative then is fine too.

Thanks for the encouragement OP it’s very helpful, the dip is an opportunity to buy with less price and this usually makes some people accumulate more than they should’ve accumulated, and that is why I keep money I use in accumulating bitcoin during dip, so I usually build a reserve funds and when ever there’s a dip I just use that money to accumulate bitcoin more with less price, I will make sure I build more bigger reserve funds that I will be using to accumulate bitcoin when there’s a dip, I have already used the little I saved to buy in this dip, but I still accumulate weekly, DCA strategy.

OP may have been able to take advantage of the dip, but in my case I was unable to take advantage of this opportunity because I invested in a market where the Bitcoin market was at its highest, meaning I invested and held $94,000 at the time.
So when the market hit $60,000, I couldn't invest even though I wanted to because I didn't have any savings to invest at the time.
But I will most likely be able to utilize that time if DIP comes in the coming days.

i don't know if I'm doing the right thing by bringing this here, but i think, i just have to motivate some other persons to do same.
i already bought some usdt and then swapped to bitcoin and i was very reluctant to inform the community but after some  considerations, i thought it will be best to show it to the community so as to encourage and also motivate some other persons who might be holding back on buying the dip as there is no other better time than now.
i have also decided to DCA as much as i can and i will also be buying some more within the week or next

I think this another great opportunity for those who missed out from past dip and i intend to hold until we surpass previous ATH
