Hardware wallets are the best form of crypto storage. Although I have never used the mentioned wallet, I don't believe I have ever seen any reviews that would justify not buying their products. Persnonally, I would rather grab a Trezor device instead.

Let's say it's better for security on the one hand (compared to hot wallets), but if you buy such devices online with delivery to your address, you take the risk that your data will fall into the wrong hands. This has happened many times, including the company that produces the device you mention.

If you ever decide to buy such a device, try to find an official reseller that has a physical store, or use PO Box as the delivery address and pay with cryptocurrencies.

Yeah, the correct way to say it is that wallet keeps key/s to user’s Bitcoin ^{more technically UTXOs}, while the Bitcoin itself more technically the UTXOs is stored everywhere on devices that maintain copy of blockchain with records of those UTXOs.

This reminds me the question some people ask when they think Big Bang started at specific point inside current Universe, not understanding that that “point” actually became our Universe as it expanded.
