This is a terrible advice,  failures are not a terrible thing, and there is no way anyone can protect themselves from failure, this is the teacher of human race, failure need to happen to many humans for them to stand up stronger, it's part of the process.

If you can't taste failure you won't become anything, I've not seen any invention that doesn't have a failure story, it's impossible, everything that we use as human today have withstand many failures for them to finally work.

There's no investment that's risk free especially, the cryptospace that's volatile in nature. However, I think investing in bitcoin is more sensible than altcoins because bitcoin has proven to be an asset that increases in value overtime.

I am a bitcoiner, i buy and hodl bitcoin, but there is no way crypto or bitcoin falls under low risk investments, it is definitely high risk, that's why people are advised to go in small, particularly at the beginning of their journey. However, I think failure certainly teaches but not all risks have to be taken. I have seen many times people take wrong decisions in a hurry just because they are young later it becomes difficult to handle it. So for me smart moves more important, are not only courage and  it's good to invest at a young age but if you focus all your attention on money or Bitcoin, you may not be able to learn other skills in life. First you need to build your stable income and then investing makes it much safer and stress free, I think valuing time means not only taking risks but building a solid base for yourself.
